Since Brent retired and the new owners have taken over, it's gone downhill dramatically.  The customer service is no where near where it was or should be.  No calls for meds that are ready, no notice besides a scribble on a bottle if they have shorted you meds.  My last experience this past week was the last straw and I will be unfortunately switching pharmacies.  The customer service previously made up for the limited hours, it no longer does.

The best pharmacy I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with, The owners Brent and Debbie are just amazing people, the staff is wonderful, everyone always goes out of their way to make things a easy as possible for you, in today’s society it’s just really refreshing to see that some old school customer service still remains. They deserve a  in customer service.

Brent and Debbie have a wonderful full-service pharmacy in Jackson's Point. The staff are attentive and so helpful. Scripts are ready when they say they'll be. I've been shopping here since I moved to the area nearly 30 years ago. So much more personal service than elsewhere. Not open on Sunday. I like that. Great hours throughout the week.

Eustace Pharmacy is truly a gem in the city of Jackson's Point. The owners as well as all the staff there are always and so pleasant and helpful. Prescriptions are always provided to you often times even before the time you expected. I enjoy the variety of products and gifts that you have to choose from at this Pharmacy. They have wide range of things like teas, jewelry, make up, umbrellas, angels, earrings, necklaces, mugs, unique clothing, hand bags etc. Exceptional service every time. This Pharmacy is closed Sunday though just so you know. Fair hours throughout the rest of the week as well.  Truly delightful staff and charming pharmacy with so much more than the  typical pharmacy carries. You will be sure to find something different or unique every time you visit.  If you are ever in need of a terrific pharmacy or just looking for a classic gift for someone this is the place to pop into to find unusual gift ideas.  Rosalia Zucaro

The staff here are quite knowledgeable, and very kind. I have never felt rushed, or judged and they have occasionally gone above and beyond to make sure I get my medication on time and am informed.

Brent Eustace is amazing!  He was extremely helpful in obtaining a medical device on short notice for my father and he went above and beyond assisting. This community is so lucky to have Brent and his team!!

Have been going to this Pharmacy for about 30 years and it is just as friendly  as the first day I went in.  Love the small town feel.  Brent and all his staff our very helpful and courteous.

Brent and his team are the absolute best! They’re incredibly accommodating and treat you like family. I won’t ever use another pharmacy! Best I’ve seen!
