This has to be hands' down the very best florist, floral arrangement I've ever ordered!! I actually ordered two arrangements to be delivered to one location; poor recipient was dealing with post-surgery AND the passing of a loved one. He LOVES the arrangements received! Eva's Floral Gallery came through with flying colors! Placing this order from the North State of California Chico, I wasn't sure how this order would play out, but Eva's was awesome to work with! Thanks to the representative, Mark, who was terrific over the phone and very helpful.
I live in Northern Ca and needed to send special flowers to my sister in Hemet. I am retired from 40 years in the floriculture industry, after checking on online, Call Eva's. Jackie there over 3 separate calls took my order with special wishes I wanted in the arrangement. Her patience, caring personality and follow through was amazing and perfect even talking to the designer before I placed the order and selection of a unique container. It was "Old School" customer service I felt like family. The finished design was just what I asked for and exceeded my greatest expectations. Thank You.

I live out of state and contacted Eva's Floral to make an arrangement to be delivered a few days before Christmas. What I didn't know was that the recipient was out of town. I found this out when Eva's attempted to make the delivery. Jackie at Eva's was so kind and helpful. I was concerned that I was just going to be out the cost of the arrangement. But I was instructed to notify them when our loved one was back home and they would make a new arrangement to deliver, which they did. The flowers are beautiful. I am so grateful to Eva's for being so accommodating and definitely will use them for our Floral needs in the future!
I ordered 4 dozen carnations last minute same day, for an arrangement, the flowers were so fresh and the colors were vibrant and beautiful. The customer service I received from Bernice was amazing! She was patient kind very knowledgeable! I highly recommend this place!
Ordered flower’s online for a perfect Holiday gift; not disappointed at all. Everything was delivered in a timely manner and the arrangement was absolutely beautiful and well put together. The delivery had a fee, but it was worth it to have it so fast with the holiday here. You will not be disappointed here and definitely worth the money and effort you put into sending that special someone a thoughtful reminder.
