Evangeline Downs Racetrack & Casino

Very fun place to go with a group as we did. Horse races were fun and exciting, fast and convenient betting system. The casino was fun, well maintained, clean, and the staff was friendly and courteous. Will definitely have to make another trip over there in the future.

No problem! Im in there at least 2-3 times a week!! I pretty much talk to all the staff! They are always very welcoming and courteous with me! In fact im on my way now!!

The casino is consistently VERY CLEAN, someone is always wiping down machines when unoccupied. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDED BY PROMPT, FAST & FRIENDLY EMPLOYEES with positive attitudes when you need assistance!!! I highly recommend this casino because of it’s cleanliness, friendly atmosphere, courteous employees that make you feel appreciated & welcome, and most importantly LOOSE SLOTS!!!! They got the best machines and they pay out pretty well the free drinks keep rolling all night except after certain hours and on certain days but that's fine. This place is cool go there if you want to go to casino it beats all the truck stop ones.

Went to our Mardi Gras Ball. It was a nice, big room with bathrooms inside the room itself. A large stage also. The food was good too. The bartenders were very slow.

Staff is great, security is great, although it can be a bit smoky in areas, and can be hard getting bar service, the overall environment felt energetic, and fun

Fun place but couldn’t find a server to get drinks or anything really snd one self serve open which wasn’t all that great. Hopefully they up there game next visit i was rather disappointed this last one albeit it was on a big tuesday but still would have expected a server as u can always get drinks in the truck stop casinos.

Wouldn't give us are comp room staff was un willing to help

Went again and lost again .some machine are hard to get into the bonus .I put alot of money in a few machine and never got into the bonus. And if you happen to in on bonus you don't get much back .so good luck hope you have better luck than I did .
