Cheap place. Great drink specials. Ladies drink for free on Tuesdays! Bathrooms are always so clean! Outdoor seating area is really nice. There's a pool table, TVs and slot machines. Dogs are not allowed inside. No food available But it's definitely a neighborhood bar. Everyone is so friendly and it's the best neighborhood dive bar I've drank at.
Shan has really turned this place around. We are so grateful for her. She is funny, kind, and really cares about the customers and the bar. Even on a busy night when the bar is packed...she made us feel like we were the only ones in the place. Best bartender in the city! Thank you to the owners for hiring this gem....amazing woman!
Great Atmosphere and a Great! Bartender. He knows what I'm getting as soon as I walk in the door. It's definitely my new bar of choice in Mid-City. #PB& J when I pass through. Pabst Blue Ribbon and a shot of Jameson.
Awesome bar, super friendly staff, you can tell ownership/management really cares about the customer & clientele. Feels like family the moment you walk in the door. Highly Recommended A++
A cozy off the beaten path neighborhood bar that runs pop up kitchens. You never know what to expect for food except that it always good. The atmosphere is relaxed and warm.
Quaint neighborhood bar, super cool. Sunny behind the bar is one Pretty Baby and never rains on your parade. Be sure to ask about her mama and dem, cuz you always at home at the Evangeline Lounge.
Came here to a get a drink to pair with my po boy from the nearby food truck Saigon Slims at Second Line Brewery. Anyway, super cool bartender made a great vodka/soda. The price was right. Played a game of pool in the back on a well-maintained table. Lots of HD flatscreen TVs mean I will be back during football season.
No sign on the bar at all! There's a buzzer to press to be let in. Really nice inside, great sound, pretty bartenders.. and NICE. open really late, usually. Comfy couches and 8 TV's
A great bar that I'd recommend to anyone in the area. I had a great time and would go again in a heartbeat!
Had a few drinks here and enjoyed ourselves. The bartender was very friendly and gave us some good tips for dinner and things to do nearby.
