If I could give this place 0 stars i would. I wouldn't let them handle the death of my enemy. They are extremely unprofessional in person and on the phone. They never gave me my husbands wedding band or necklace. They said it was the family's responsibility to ask for it.They messed up my husbands death certificates. They called his ashes heavy. And they dont explain anything and expect you to know what to do.

The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. Very disorganized it took a month for the death certificate to be faxed to the insurance company. I would not recommend this funeral home find another, you are already grieving you need a place that makes the process easier not more stressful.

This Funeral home did a awesome job on my grandfather Arthur Benjamin, his body was preserved for four weeks and I was so impressed at how nice he looked at the funeral. He looked hisself and they did a really awesome job. Thank you

It took them 10 days to give me by brothers ashes. They need to be trained on how to provide good service and not have bad attitudes.They need to improve their phone edicate as well. This was my first time being directly involved dealing with arrangements of a loved one. When I picked up my brothers ashes the ladies where having bad days. We had to call to find out that his ashes where there. They did'nt call us. I do not recommend them.

Yes this place was VERY unprofessional while dealing with my grandmother's funeral. He sat there and LAUGHED while people were disagreeing. IF you decide to use this place DO NOT use their print services for your programs, call someone else! You don't have to use their services for flowers either! Call a florist! Call the city of Saginaw directly for the purchase of the headstone! This place nearly tripled the price!

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS..UNLESS YOU ARE A CRACK HEAD, STUPID, OR JUST DONT CARE. THIS PLACE IS DESPICABLE. I was born in Saginaw and was told of the unprofessional practices of this funeral home back 50 years ago. If a funeral home is not diverse in culture there not for the right thing. Very unprofessional, Very rude and sneaky behaviors unlike no other funeral home. This place never notified family of mother funeral. This place never talked to her other children members of family for comfort. Never, never once did we get a call from the funeral home not even a condolence. This place never once called me to inform me they had her body. The immediate family had to find out through social media. This place is disgraceful and disrespectful. I would give this place a zero if all possible. This place don't deserve a grain of dirt. You don't see no other race using there service. WAKE UP LIVING PEOPLE. My opinion use other funeral homes in your Saginaw area where you know the business will have your family interested best at heart. You want a funeral home who is spiritually consoling family in time of grief. Use a funeral home who the employees know How To communicate. Not involved themselves in family drama and causes drama within family. PLEASE SAGINAW COMMUNITY USE AN OTHER FUNERAL HOME. YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU DID.

Very UNPROFESSIONAL! Very Sneaky! Will give no stars if I could! Women that work there had attitudes, made plenty of mistakes, couldn't do anything right when it came to paper work.
