Best place to take your car in evansville! Hands down! I had to have an emergency break replacement last minute and they were so helpful! It's been months since they fixed the breaks on my car and everything is still running like brand new. I couldn't ask for better service or a better price!
Took my car in with major swirl marks, and had it returned to me like it had just rolled off the assembly line. Excellent customer service and pricing. This is the only place I will go for my detailing needs.
All I know is that they did a great job on my car. I needed lots of cleaning and that bad boy came out sparkling. The service was great, and i would recommend it to anyone!
My first full auto detail experience. After exploring auto detailing options online, I called Evansville Auto Detailing EAD to make an appointment for full car detail. The EAD rep on phone very polite, accommodating and informative. Told me full detail will take 4 hours to complete and confirmed expectations of full auto detail for $125. I dropped my car a bit before expected appointment time, 9:00 a.m. CDT. EAD was to call me when my car was ready for pick up. I called at 2:47 p.m. CDT, 5 hours and 47 minutes after having my vehicle. As most of us are, I am a busy person pursuing many opportunities and need my vehicle. I was told, at 2:47 p.m. CDT that me vehicle was 90% complete and will definitely be ready by 4:00 p.m. CDT, 7 hours after drop off time. I arrived to EAD close to 4:30 p.m. CDT and my vehicle was still in the garage being "worked on" by multiple individuals. I am a very demanding individual of self and others I employ or engage for services as advertised and the details of those implied services. Upon close inspection of work completed, I do not feel I received an end product of mutual expectations. Is the interior better than it was when vehicle dropped, yes. Is the exterior finish improved from when vehicle was dropped, yes. Did people "bust their ass" to get my vehicle finished, yes. I am very particular of what I spend my hard earned money on and the fine details of any business as I am an entrepreneur and faculty of entrepreneurship. Arguably, the fine details will make or break a business. The final details of streaks on windows, final wipe off of wax, and confidence of car completion upon my arrival consumer perception of rushed work were disappointing. From initial expectations and time frame, I do not feel I received $31 per hour initial quoted 4 hour time frame worth of detailed expectations with my vehicle. The final "wipe" details are now left to me because I arrived early, 7 and 1/2 hours after I dropped off my vehicle. I have a 2012 Honda Accord with 39,000 miles with normal wear and tear. Was my final product worth $125 full detail price? No, because I am martinet for details. I do not mind leaving my car for 24 hours, but let me know in the upfront expectations of outcomes so I can adequately plan my travel needs around a high-performance outcome expectation. At this point, I believe this experience has encourage me to be more diligent in my regular cleaning of my vehicle to avoid the necessity of my expectations of a full car detail.
Worst experience ever!! I don't advise you to take a high end vehicle to these guys, not even a car you have love for. You would think these guys take 12 or 18 hours to do a REAL professional job on your car, BUT THESE DUDES USE BATHROOM SCRUB PRODUCTS ON YOUR LEATHERS AND VINYLS!! Screwed up my finish for good and even busted a hole in my driver seat from scrubbing hard with the same scrub you use for your bath tub. I love my Cadillac, now I gotta find new seats for my 91 Deville which was in emaculent comdition. I swear I'd never use anything but mothers and Mcguires products on my car. Leave it to these dudes to mess that all up.
Detailing, hand wash, and specialty cleaning of your vehicle. Great price. They did an excellent job on my truck. Highly recommended.

Very courteous and fantastic job. I asked for clean inside and out and it sparkled when this place was finished. Owner is was kind, goes above and beyond to make sure I was happy.
