What a fun experience shopping at this awesome store!! I got a great deal on a gorgeous outdoor sectional and lounge set. We visited on a Fri. and Zane worked with us wonderfully. We drove back the next day an hour drive and bought the couch. Zane was busy so Tyler C. waited on us and answered more questions. Both salesmen were awesome, very patient with us and helped make our experience wonderful! A very positive experience and well worth the drive!
The customer service displayed by Mr. Noah was immaculate. I have never had a better experience whilst shopping for anything for that matter. He was extremely personable, funny, charismatic and intelligent. He treated Me and my daughter as if they were his own family which made me feel welcomed. The warehouse team specifically, James were awesome as well. Definitely will be recommending friends and family to shop here!
Tyler was a great help! We went in knowing what we wanted, and he made it such an easy process. He was even there the next day when we went to pick up our couch. The whole process took less than 15 minutes. The couch looks fantastic in our new home and we'll be back for even more furniture soon!
Noah was amazing! So helpful in every way. We even came back later in the day to add to our purchase and he and the rest of the staff made us feel so welcomed. James then completed our next sale and was also great to work with and very professional.
Great experience! This will be my 1st stop for furniture next time. The staff and great prices are the reasons. Tyler did a great job showing me sectionals and the ordering options. James when out of his way, searching the warehouse for color and texture samples. Because the sectional I ordered was not in-stock. Noah did a great job explaining expected delivery times. Then when over all the options to get the sectional to my house.
I received a few updates about where my sofa was towards shipping and delivery. The paperwork explained the process in detail and what to expect from delivery men. They called about 15 minutes prior to delivery. Tyler appeared to be lead man on delivery team. He came in and explained they would set it up and make sure the “bed” pulled out properly. He moved furniture out of the way and put it back in place before they left. An excellent experience overall.
Hunter was very helpful and made our transaction easy. He relayed important information to ensure we were aware of what we were purchasing. He was very knowledgeable of the product and not pushy in making the sale. We had first met Hunter two weeks earlier while browsing for a new sofa. So glad he was working today.
Zane was great to work with and a pleasure to be around. He helped me find my dream sectional the mammoth and made the buying process super easy. He also helped me pick out another sofa for a different room and even offered to help me get it into my car. 10/10 service will be recommending everyone i know to him.
