Welcome to Eve's Touch!
I am a full time mother of 3, a cook, a coach, a teacher, a housekeeper, an accountant, a best friend, a nurse, a cuddle buddy, a waitress, a seamstress, and the list goes on, haha ! That’s right! However, my greatest achievement and the title I hold, ever so proudly, MOM. I started making hair accessories for my daughter before she was born & found to have many interested in my creations. So, with the encouragement of my friends & family, I have created 'Eve's Touch', named after the inspiration for each creation I make, my daughter Eve. Each item in our boutique, with the exception of pre made items that we sell from time to time, is unique & a one of a kind made with love. I do take custom orders! Please feel free to message me for additional information or question you might have. Please note: Each item for the most part is handmade. So, there will be slight differences from piece to piece, but will be very similar. Also, handmade items are not perfect. However, each item is made with tons of love and that’s the wonderful thing about handmade pieces... every piece is unique!

Custom Orders:
We enjoy creating new and exciting accessories for children & are more than elated when a chance comes along to help you create that AMAZING accessory or outfit for your little one! So, please feel free to PM us with your ideas and help you get the ordering process started!!
We do require 50% of your total down, as a nonrefundable deposit, to get started. This helps us ensure that our time away from our family, is not in vain and that ultimately the order will more than likely get picked up and paid for. 99% of the time, Custom orders are personalized to some degree. Therefore, these orders are completely nonrefundable and nonexchangeable. After 30days, custom orders not picked up will be sold, without notice.
Wait time varies from time to time. Please send us a message for the current wait time.
Premade Items:
From time to time, we will have items up for sale that we have personally made, or that have been Pre-made for our boutique to sell. These items are not made by me personally, and are offered at a discounted price. Pre-made items are Final Sale items! Please make sure you are satisfied with the product before finalizing the purchase. Thanks!
Refunds/Exchanges Policy:
We take pride in our work and strive to provide each one of our clients with best of quality items for the price they are paying.
We work closely with each client to make sure their specific requests are met, provide them with updates and photos of their custom order along the way, to ensure they are satisfied with the progress and give the client ample time to makes any changes prior to their order being finalized. Therefore, Custom Orders are nonrefundable.
We do not issue refunds on any of our other items, but will gladly issue you a credit or exchange. Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your items to discuss. After the 48 hours, we will not issue any type of credit.
Please note, that even though I strive to provide the best experience and customer service, I am the sole provider for my family and work very hard for my children. We make sure that your items are handled with care and that they are inspected in your presence before they are handed over to you. With that being said, I am not responsible for items after they have left my hands, have been worn, & washed.
