Event Fotos

They don’t even deserve one star. I’ve done absolutely everything to try to resolve this, however they won’t even give me a call back. We ordered our sons school pictures in March. Order processing time said 2-4 weeks. I’ve reached out to them via email, Facebook messenger, their website and also have called and left a voicemail. I have yet to get any response back. Communication is the key to customer service and this company has absolutely zero. How they were ever granted the contract with the schools is beyond me. I will be working to fix that issue.

I ordered photos online from this company when they came to my daughter's school to take pictures. I even received a confirmation email that stated it would take a few weeks, that was on April 12th! It has been more than a few weeks, in fact it's been several months. I have left messages on the answering service. I have emailed them several times. No one will return my calls or answer my emails. Are they out of business??? My next step is to contact the principal and my bank. ***UPDATE*** I have adjusted my 1 star to 3 stars. After leaving this review I received a phone call that evening. My photo was sent immediately with reimbursement. Hopefully they can figure out why phone calls and emails go on unanswered.

They take forever. You will not get any photos they take of your child for months. The guy who runs this company cannot keep up or deliver in a timely manner.

First time getting photos done with Event Fotos and my son's football pictures turned out great! Very impressed with the attention to detail. Excited to receive my photo package and show them off!

They took great photos for my kids’ soccer pictures, but they went an extra step for me when I accidentally filled out a form incorrectly. When my kids’ orders came in 2 orders were identical and the last child had a completely different package. I contacted them and they ordered me the correct package for no charge! We went back to the form and I had filled it out wrong, they were well within their right to charge me. But they made it better without my even asking, paid the shipping too! Really amazing company to do that.
