Music and Arts Festival is always fun here. They have many community events in this great park. The grass and water help keep it cooler than other areas and festivities- parking is close and the roads are away from the green space inside. Multiple entrances and exits keep traffic flowing. Spectacular addition to the Weaterville community! The trees provide shade and breeze.
Only went to main area. Does have an elevator which is nice. Bottom area has the restrooms and a place to prepare foods. Up stairs is the open space.
The staff onsite during our wedding was not friendly at all. We were not let in at the agreed upon time, and the staff did not open the back door for us to have our wedding exit out of the barn. He also did not show up in a timely manner to open the door so we could remove chairs and tables to create a dance floor. The safety was also horrible here as five cars were broken into and robbed from during our reception. Terrible experience. Would never rent here again and will tell all friends and anyone who asks to stay away from this place. Practically ruined our wedding day.
We had an outdoor wedding and indoor reception at Everal. It was fantastic! Kim is very professional and helpful. The barn is absolutely beautiful. The photos speak for themselves. We highly recommend having your wedding or event there. Thanks, Missy R.
Everal Barn and Homestead is a historic and well maintained location in Westerville. It also is a good place to start walking some of the Alum Creek Trail and explore this part of Westerville.

I attended a wedding of a close friend there..what a great place for an event. The grounds were beautiful as well as the inside of the barn. The barn has three floors which makes it nice to keep everything separated...the stairways are nice and it even has elevators!
Absolutely beautiful place for photos. One of my favorites. Do be warned, however, they are very particular with events. If they have an event day of, they will kick you off the property. :- I understand the concern; I do feel they go a bit overboard as this is a public park. :-
It's kind of cool. Not too exciting, but a peaceful place to walk. There's a big barn to rent for events.
