Better security in the suites would be nice. Not the greatest feeling when you rent one and someone is sneaking in doing what they want. Other than that, great service and great scenery. It'll be sad to see this place go for the games but I'm certain what's next week be amazing.

Had such a great time in Jacksonville for the Chiefs game! The vibe was great.  Jaguar fans were respectful & fun to hang out with.  One of the best in stadium experiences I've had in a long while.  Was very hot and I know there were many fans of both teams who had health issues due to the heat. Only rated 4 stars as I feel there should be more resources available to fans to prevent heat stroke & the traffic was ridiculous.  Need a better system in place to help with the flow of traffic. Excited for the Jaguars new stadium and attending another game in the future!

My first visit to EverBank Stadium and home game for the Jacksonville Jaguars was a fun filled experience! Views from the lower section seating is highly recommended. I prefer aisle seats and when attending a concert or football game I’m enjoy the views from a slight angle. The seating was comfortable as I was surrounded by friendly and energetic fellow football fans. Staff throughout were very welcoming, courteous, helpful and professional. Shoutout to stadium staff members named Ruthshell & Rocky, working at the “Grey Goose Vodka” bar near section 118. Also Britney, usher inside the entrance to section 118 along with Tamiyah & Crystal of guest services. The aforementioned women were amazingly friendly and hospitable. The property throughout was clean and full of various food/beverage stands. I’m excited for the next Jaguars home game and look forward to another wonderful game experience at EverBank!

First time at this stadium… encountered some staff meme nerd that were less then friendly due to us being there a little early and wouldn’t let us off elevator even though it was literally 3 mins to 11am- but overall we had a good time and lots of vendors- for food and beverages- But our team won so we left happy!!! Even won a signed Kielce jersey from a raffle !!!

Enjoyed game day at the stadium. Entry was easy; definitely take public transportation to get there ferry or GameDay express bus. Not much shade so bring sunscreen and wear a hat.

Amazing stadium with so many cool features.  Two massive screens on each end, largest of any sports stadium, they have pools inside the stadium if you sit in the cabanas, and a dog park.  The fans are great and I was here for an epic playoff game with a dramatic comeback, can’t wait to come again.  After that comeback win I got season tickets, came back for the home opener against KC and unfortunately we outplayed them but couldn’t convert FG to TD in the red zone, hopefully clean up for the playoffs get some payback!

We went and saw the Candlebox and 3 Doors Down concert. Not only was the music absolutely amazing, but the venue was very clean and comfortable. The staff working the event were very friendly and helpful! The parking lot needs work, though, as there were several very large bumps in the pavement that nearly broke my teeth, even though we were going slow.

Although it's the home of my team and I am a season ticket holder I've come to love the bank while at the same time hating it. If you don't get food from one of their outside vendors like the taco places then you're guaranteed to get mediocre to pretty bad food from the concessions. They should be ashamed charging that price for that bad of food. It's served us well but I'm ready for the renovations. Hopefully they'll get better food in there.

Excellent venue for a game! We were lucky enough to get section 1, 50 yard line! Clean and beautifully designed club house. All the staff we came across were friendly and helpful. From the people at the counter to the ones assisting with seat assignments! Fun display of entertainment before the game. Plenty of spots for drinks and snacks, as well as places to just chill out. Our seats had plenty of room for even the taller customer, which is hard to find sometimes.

It was so HOT!!! But we went to watch our KC Chiefs play!! The prices are outrageous but I guess that's to be expected! You can bring an unopened water bottle, so plan on that, otherwise your looking at $6+ for a bottle of water on the inside.
