I have been coming to this place for years. They are very affordable and provide great service. The multi-step facial includes extraction and they really make sure to clean the face. The staff is also super friendly. One of my complaints would be that not all staff do a thorough job. Some really take the time to help you glow while others do a more lazy job and the results aren’t as good. They are also very pushy about adding on extra services to the point where the atmosphere becomes less relaxing and I wish they would stop. Regardless, most of the time I come here I am very satisfied with the service and the price is definitely worth it.

I have been coming to this place for years. Mai gives the best facial and massages, I can’t recommend her enough. The place is simple, however it is very clean, and relaxing. I HAD SCHEDULED FOR FACIAL TREATMENT & BODY SLIM / CANDLE HEAR! THE TECHNITIAN NEGLECTFUL DROPED THE MACHINE ON MY FACE I GOT 2 BURN SPOTS ON MY LEAVING THE PLACE & THEY STILL CHATGES ME:

Worse customer service. I just ask till what time they are open. But the lady in the phone was very rude. If I could I will give 0 star. If I was not disabled I wont ask the question. For me it it not easy to there so I make sure everything thing is ok before I go there but lady was so rude. So I was lucky that I found out before I go there. So be careful guy negative energy can be passed quickly.

Get the initial walk in offer. Let the skin specialist recommend whichever type of facial that is best for your skin. Buy a package for a discounted rate. Watch your skin get progressively better as you come back. I've been going back for over 10 years. Pros: excellent service, price, clean, quality products and Apt times . Cons: Semi private rooms, sometimes talkative other guests, up selling microderm & oxygen masks for 20 bucks more everytime or is that is pro?

The experience was okay. The people were very friendly. I’ve been there a couple years back and had a great experience. This time around after getting a facial I noticed that my face started breaking out the next day. I’m not sure if it was the appliances or if I had a reaction to the products.

My facial was great, they did get me to purchase the extractions for $20 more.. I really don’t like to be told to buy more and more... it was noisy not the usual nice quiet spa they all hold conversation with each other while giving u facial.. that’s a little annoying. And lastly I don’t know how they got me to buy three more... ugh

If I could they would get - 0 star rating! The worst place for a facial. Customer service is poor and all they try to do is upsell. Going for facial should be relaxing but you have people talking loud on their cell phones, you have workers trying to upsell and than they are not even that clean. Also, note if your not Asian they totally treat you crappy. I purchased 3 facials packages from groupon for my daughter, myself and sister and when we arrived we were ignored for 10 minutes before anyone even greeted us. I wouldn't go here again for free! Horrible experience. Our facial werent even done properly! Total waste of money and time.
