I rented a 10x20 unit in 2010 until this December 2022. I felt comfortable leaving my property there. It was always secure and the units are very tight, so no "critters" ever invaded the unit. The people were easy to contact whenI had a question or wanted to pay for the next year in advance. In 2015, I rented a 5x10 for some additional items that I. felt was a shot term rental. It lasted until December 2022 .That unit, too, was very tight and nothing ever invaded the unit and my items were in the same shape as when I put them there. Evergreen Hills is less than 3 miles from my home, so it was easy to access at any time until I was able to utilize the items in my home.
Anyone who is looking for a storage unit, do not consider The Storage Mall. They will continue to increase prices and not do anything to update the units, plow your unit in so you cannot get to it, and will continue to take your money after you cleared your unit out. Not a good place to keep your stuff if that's how they do business and 'maintain' their facilities.
My daughter is renting a storage shed. The account is wrong, her account is showing she is in one unit but she is actually in a different. The other issue we are having is the gate pin we set is not working. I have tried every pin combination. I was able to use the temporary pin until it changed at the beginning of the month. Now we have a storage shed without access and we are unsure that we won't get locked out of our shed because we are paying for a different shed then we are in. Is there any way to get these issues straightened out, every time she calls she is told that everything is ok but we are paying for the wrong shed and now can't get to it. No one is ever there it's a ghost town literally I go to the office and no one is there how is anyone supposed to get help with anything?
A few bumps in the road but Mary has always made things right and to make me feel comfortable.
Friendly business! Had a great experience with them!
If I could give this place zero stars I would. It is AWFUL. Overpriced and staff are extremely difficult and well, tbh, mean and dont care. I will be making further complaints, but please don't trust these people with your valued belongings.
