Senior Adult Care
Evergreen Manor is a very unique home away from home for those senior adults who can no longer or don’t wish to live by themselves.
Evergreen Manor is owned by myself and my husband. As the CEO of our business I bring 18 years of experience and knowledge to my business. I am licensed with the state and offer my client’s all the services required and more.
We provide a safe, clean and loving alternative for senior’s. We will give them a warm
family home environment
We provide nutritious meals and snacks.
Make sure their basic daily needs are met cleaning, washing, personal cares, etc.
Reports are sent to the doctor at the time of their appointments.
Evergreen Manor Has Many places for just sitting and relaxing and reading a book or reading the morning paper.
Two private bedrooms with private bath and a
private suite with
private bath.
There is a sunroom where we enjoy all our meals. They can watch TV if they wish and the sunroom is used often for visiting, reading or just watching the wildlife wander by.
We enjoy our outdoor living spaces. Watching the wild life, smelling the flowers and listening to the sound of running water from the fountain. Even our lunches are tastier when enjoyed out doors on the deck during warm summer days.
Starting Requirements for Evergreen Manor:
Able to dress and undress themselves (with assistance if needed)
Able to get in and out of bed independently.
Mobility—able to move around with/without adaptive devices (walker, cane, etc.)
Able to bath with minimal assistance. Caregiver is in the bathroom while client is bathing and helps with hair care etc.
Able to take care of their toileting needs.
Able to eat (get food from receptacle into the body) without assistance.
Does not wander during the night and is able to find the way to the bathroom (which is in their room)
Mental condition: Accept mild aging memory impairment.
Not combative or aggressive.
No smoking, drinking or pets allowed.
