I really do hate the way that my in-laws treated you guys. but I also don't like the way just because I was living with somebody there it affects me from moving then there. you're a good people and I really did like it there.
The experience was the best by far. After being turned down by others. Sherri and Evergreen management works with you. Thank you for my new home! I'm in love!
The new manager change has been refreshing. Sherry is very knowledgeable, responds in a timely manner, returns calls as promised and is well organized. The front office experience is a positive one!
I would really like to express my happiness with the work MS. Sherry has been working with me on. She came onto this property to help the community here . There's a lot to cleanup up and she just jumped in and doing so much very quickly. I know anytime I needed to talk about anything she is right here. It is exciting to have someone with her attitude and determination to get things going. We need to keep this one. Keep up the great work and and I appreciate everything you are doing for the park and myself.
Fantastic management!!! Just moved down here from Dallas and didn't know much about town. These ladies here made us feel right at home and helped in everyway possible. The biggest thank you to them for keeping us updated and getting things done fast and right. Made sure we had everything we needed and never once told us one thing and never did it. Anything they say will happen HAPPENS. Can't wait to raise a family here.
Nothing gets fixed. I moved in July was not given any fire detectors. My heater does not work and I have had to use space heaters to keep warm. With a broken window that was reported broken a month ago and still not fixed. They Removed the glass and put a piece of cardboard up. When I moved in it wasn't cleaned like promised there was mold and carpet from an empty trailer that set empty for years was used to replace the carpet with no padding underneath and not shampooed or cleaned.
Mrs Stacie and mrs Cherrie are amazing every time I walk in the office they have a smile on their face ready to help with your needs. They are extremely patient. They are super sweet and very professional. I will definitely recommend anyone to come live here
The trailer park has turned around. The managers are friendly and nice. They have helped people when needed with rent. Alot of new trailers have been added.
Fortin Demolition & Dirt Works has worked with Cherrie and Evergreen Mobile Home Park for over a year now. She is great to work with and has really made the park look great.
Worst mobile home park in the state of Texas!!!! It doesn’t even deserve 1 star!!! Renter beware!!! Moved my camper trailer out to a lot that was approved by management and it had no water no sewer and the owner did nothing!!! Horrible management horrible owner!!!! You would be better off throwing your hard earned money out the window of a speeding car! Lots of dumb rules for a rundown pothole infested disease park!! Smh
