My son has such great experiences here!! I highly recommend Evergreen Pediatrics for all your child’s dental needs. He’s also had a successful surgery here, which is always a concern for any parent. 10/10 : He saw Mail this time, but everyone is great!

Incredible experience here! My son had some trauma to his teeth and I was desperate to have him be seen immediately. The whole team the receptionist, Pearl, and Dr Kim were all so compassionate and thorough! They saw us within an hour and took incredible care of us. HIGHLY recommend this whole team!!  Edit: we have continued coming to this clinic for over a year now and even moved further away from Kirkland but continue to come here because of the amazing service we receive! My daughter and son both love coming to the dentist and getting their special goody bag at the end! The get to watch cartoons while getting their teeth cleaned and checked out and always leave very happy. The whole staff is amazing!

I started taking my baby son to evergreen pediatric dentistry when my baby was 1 year old and I’m very satisfied and happy with the quality of care. Dr Susan and her stuff are very friendly, professional and patient. They make every visit a positive and fun experience for my kid. I highly recommend this clinic if you are looking for a pediatric dentist who cares about children’s oral health.

I can’t say enough about Dr. Kim and her staff! They are so sweet to my 2 boys every time we’re in! Dr. Kim’s bedside/chair side manner is so amazing, calm and perfect for young kids. Honestly so happy to have her in my kids’ lives! They even took a small Polaroid of my sons first dental appt and sent it to us! Almost made me cry!

Dr. Susan + Mali are fantastic! I brought my toddler here for her first dentist appointment and it went really well. Going to check ups can be a scary experience for little kids, and the entire staff did such a great job at making my toddler feel comfortable and happy. She walked away with prizes and stickers and a smile on her face. :

Update: I'd like to commend Dr. Kim for taking the time to listen and eager to improve. She swiftly took care of the accounts and records so that we can move on to a better match. Thank you, and we wish only the best. ---- Today was long wait and exhausted child and melt-down afterward for a simple checkup. Front desk puts profit up-front vs caring service plus insurance hurdles to jump through ourselves, cartoons has to be on all the time a distraction, but not helping child to understand or calm down, no records were transferred or advised even though appointment was made weeks ahead of time. Dr. rushed us despite the long wait, questions not sufficiently answered or concerns addressed. Left feeling like a bad parent and child was very sad. The hygienist Mali was exceptional.

My kids, ages 1, 4, & 7, love coming here. All the staffs are friendly here, but their favorite person is Tasaya.  She is the star of this company as she demonstrates professionalism, resourcefulness, and compassion every time my family steps into the door.

Staff is very polite and welcoming. Hygienist take their time to explain everything they are doing to the little ones so they won’t be so scared. My little ones love going to the dentist surprisingly. They also always get a toy after, so that also helps.

Dr. Susan and Mali are the best dentists EVER!! Make my teeth perfect every time. Been going here since I was a child and now I’m 18 but I will always love Mali!!!!! My clean perfect teeth will get me a lawyer bf asap!
