I have been going to this place for years and used to recommend it to everyone I knew.   I have to say we have had terrible service here the last two years.  Our prescription is never ever ready on time and on top of that there are times new only get half of our prescription because they run out of that particular medication.  So when it's not ready on time I mean by hours! I called my last script in at 9:20 and was told it would be ready by 10:00.  My husband went at 1:30 and it was not ready he had to wait an additional couple of hours.  We stayed with them through Covid but it's definitely time for a change.

Always pleasant staff. ALWAYS HELPFUL. When insurance problems arise they are helpful in every way. Coupons information then works. They go above and beyond the call of duty every single day I am extremely impressed with them and aside from wishing they had more expansive hours they are nothin short of perfect. I live in The north west suburbs now and I still travel there to fill my prescriptions. Because they know their clientele and I know I will always be taken care of properly there.

The customer service is the best! They always have a smile on their face and are super helpful with everything! I never have to wait more than 5 minutes for my scripts! They really are the best and will continue to use them forever!

Phenomenal service by phenomenal people. I needed a medication made by a specific manufacturer due to an adverse reaction. They were the only pharmacy willing to help me. All the chain pharmacies were bound by their contracts with wholesalers and turned me away. They are always pleasant and welcoming. I highly recommend taking advantage of this rare find. A pharmacy that knows it’s patients.

Terrible customer service. Spoke to an an employee named ‘Nuha’ who gave me less than a pleasant experience. She hung up in my face and refused to give a genuine apology. I will not be using these services again and I do not recommend.

They deliver or do whatever they can to make sure you get your medication on time. They don't act nasty because of what your picking up or treat you different because you take narcotics for serious disorder. Walgreens judges people, won't fill scripts or order medication in a timely matter. Some people are really sick and evergreen pharmacy goes out of their way to make sure you get your medication and they put the customer first.

I can’t believe they have a license.The girls I don’t know their names are absolutely rude and very unappreciative of the Buisness.They treat you like drug addicts rather then customers. Why would I want to come get a lecture on what my doctors prescribe me causing me more depression. I’d rather go to Walgreens and get my medicine and leave peacefully

Never delivery my daughter's heart meds on time. I've been waiting all day its now 9:11pm and she is out of meds and is an infant cardiac patient and still no meds delivered. This is the third time this had occurred.

The best customer service ever It took less than 10 minutes for my prescription to be fired they also do vaccine for covid-19 it's fast and easy and the best thing that they will deliver your prescription to your home for free

Evergreen pharmacy is professional & reliable. During the pandemic, the delivery option has been a relief. Have been using this pharmacy for 5+ years.
