The instructors are the best at this gym and the members are just as amazing. They have child watch which is a plus for me. The gym owner has done a great job finding awesome people to watch the little ones while myself and others work out : my kids are happy and I’m happy. Can’t go wrong with all the improvements recently made the gym is keep clean and equipment maintained. I give this gym 5 stars!!!!

I have been working at this club since 2006. I have been here through the best and worst of times. I was here when the building was falling apart years ago, when it went into foreclosure and survived with the previous owners. I have to say that the current owner has truly been a blessing. He has made several, much needed, improvements to the clubs equipment and overall appearance. It’s only been 5 months since he took over and every issue that has come up has been addressed immediately. We have a great team of trainers and instructors that genuinely care about each members experience in and out of the gym. Jason Cook is a present owner. He stays involved in the business and is very easy to communicate with. He is quick to respond to any questions or concerns, something our club had lacked for many years. I’m very thankful for him. Had he not bought this gym, none of us would be teaching anymore. So yes.... if you’re looking for a gym to join, I highly recommend EFC. We build each other up. We create bonds and friendships that last far longer than a gym membership.

This is the BEST gym around with some of the greatest instructors and people to surround yourself with. EFC took over and gave us the cleanest and most organized gym that I have ever been apart of. Not only is all of the equipment new, but they also offer top notch Les Mills classes taught by insteuinstr who not only push you but become your friend and make sure you stay consistent. BEYOND thankful and grateful to have this gym. When I go here, I'm home with my fit family, and that is more than worth the membership.

I’ve always loved this gym, the classes and instructors are the best! However, what I love even more is that during the current crisis the owners and instructors have gone above and beyond to give us multiple resources to keep us moving. They could have let us sit at home and wait for this to be over, but from the start they have been available to help us stay healthy and on track to reach our goals.

The staff, instructors, and members all become your second family. Even my kids love coming to play with their friends at Kid Watch! Try the Peanut Butter cup shake- delicious! Group fitness classes always have me laughing and enjoying my sweat. Couldn’t ask for a better work out. The new owner made some awesome changes to make it a cleaner, safer space, and it shows how much they care about their members. I’d recommend this gym to anyone.

EFC took over the gym a few months ago and has really done a great job updating the equipment and the facility in general. They recently held "fit games" that allowed members AND non members to participate and enjoy the use of all 3 of their facilities in order to participate. At no cost to non members. We enjoyed the challenge so much, and loved the new equipment so much, we joined!  If you are looking for a great place to workout with great people, look no further.

I like this gym a lot. Despite the multiple name changes, things have stayed pretty consistent. Huge space with lots of equipment. Kept clean and well lit. Some of the machines could be tuned up a bit. Price is right for a 24/7 facility.

I absolutely love EFC. The instructors are all so amazing with great personalities. The environment is inviting and clean, the equipment is fantastic, the members are friendly, and kid watch is super convenient and trustworthy. It's a great place to be a part of. I drive from Hubbardston and it's absolutely worth it.

I recently was part of a free challenge that was offered and I took it. I got out of my comfort zone and let go of my insecurities and completed the 30 days. In those 30 days I went to all 3 EFC locations and tried different equipment that I’d dint know existed! I met some amazing instructors besides making new gym friends. Webster EFC is my “home”. The instructors go above and beyond go above and beyond their jobs. The encouragement and support is amazing. If you need a wake up message, you will be sure to get one! They push you to be better and never doubt you. The makeover at the Webster location was well overdue and is incredible! I will continue to tell my friends and family about this gym in hopes they will love it like me!

I previously reviewed this gym, now after speaking with a staff member who told me I would be charged $125.00 to cancel my membership Which I never signed a contract with this gym so I don't have to pay anything!!!! I am canceling my membership and blocking them and disputing them with my bank. The owner is a cheap crook and treats his staff terribly! The "renovation" is hardly a renovation. TERRIBLE customer service and I will not be back! 10 years at a gym for this. Absolutely awful!!!!! I will be filing claims!
