Broken Screen on my Galaxy S3. I had decided to fix it myself and was watching Youtube videos in order to learn how. About half way through I realized this was something that needed quite a bit more expertise than I have. I brought it here, and in no time, it was fixed! brand new screen, works great, and the best part is, there are no signs of any repair or work on the phone. I will be returning if my phone ever needs a repair again.
I drove up from Utah Valley to buy a phone from this establishment I saw advertised online. The price was good and they got back to me quickly when I contacted them about purchasing the phone. HOWEVER, once I bought the phone I installed the SIM card and the phone would not work. I could call or text, but it wouldn't let me access the playstore so I couldn't download any apps. What is the point of a smart phone that has no apps? I did some troubleshooting with Google and found that I had a routing problem with the way their unlocking software was installed. It wasn't something I had the ability to fix so I took it back to the store to have their employees take a look. Even though the store hours on the building said they were open, the windows were blacked out and the door was locked. I called the advertised number. Straight to voicemail. I called the lady I had been texting previously about the purchase. No reply. I waited outside for a while thinking they might be out to lunch. No one ever came. I spent the day with my sister who lives in Salt Lake and checked back several times throughout the day and continued to call the numbers I'd been given. Finally, around 6PM I got a text back saying someone will be at the store around 8. I agree to meet them there. I waited outside the store for over an hour, along with three other cars full of customers who had been told someone would be there to assist them. One by one, people gave up and left. I was the last one to pull out. I had to head back down to Utah Valley with a phone that won't work and no help from the people who ripped me off. This has to have been the sketchiest and most unprofessional business I've ever dealt with. Come Monday morning, I hope I'm getting a refund, because I don't want a penny of my money funding this crap hole.
