Price is important but should never be used as the only factor in making your decision. Day in and day out, we hear that we are priced competitively. Your other roofing estimates should never vary more that fifteen percent either way.

Our Process:
Within a short time of contacting us, you’ll meet with an SMI Insurance Specialist, who will perform a complete inspection of your project. This will include not only the roof, but all areas of your home that have sustained damage form the storm. This certified Master Elite craftsman will answer all your questions and work with you through initiating the claim to the implementation phases of the project.
The Insurance Adjuster arrives. SMI uses the latest software in diagramming your home and uses Xactimate which most insurance companies use for pricing. Adjusters are very busy at the onset of a storm, and we do all we can not only to help the homeowner but save time for adjuster to serve others as well. Our Insurance Specialist are available to meet with your adjuster at your property location. Upon approval of damage from the adjuster, our crews will be out within ten-fourteen days (weather permitting).
Material will arrive. One to two days prior to the onset of the job your material will arrive. Your SMI project manager will verify the delivery to make sure that there are no mistakes. *If there is a specific location where the material needs to placed on your property, please inform your project manager.
The crew arrives. All SMI field personnel have been with our company a minimum eight years and have been certified master craftsman in their respective trades. They show up on time and begin work immediately. *Please remember to speak with your SMI Insurance Specialist about changes to your project and not the crews.
We keep it clean and on time. Work progresses at the fastest pace compatible with maintaining our high standards. Most homes can be completed in one day. Our crews all use our own dumpster trailers. This ensures that at the end of the day, the trash goes with us. Nails that fall from the roof during the project are picked up with a magnetic roller at the end of every work day.
We’re there for you all through the project, and after. We maintain a fulltime staff of project managers and customer service representatives, committed to keeping you fully informed of your project’s progress. If you have any questions, a qualified SMI representative is there with an answer.
