Mike & Mary Staszak created Evolve Fitness Studios to provide Eugene a state-of-the-art exercise facility where individuals can learn how to exercise properly, exceed their fitness and performance goals, and do so with the least likelihood of injury.
The driver behind this effort comes from many years working in physical therapy and massage therapy and seeing patients recover from an injury with the help of therapy, only to return to the gym and get injured again because they had bad patterns and no one to help show them a better way.
Prior to opening Evolve Fitness Studios, Mike & Mary opened a personal training facility in 2015 to address this issue with their own set of patients. The facility allowed patients to “graduate” from therapy, work on strength building, and learn how to exercise properly, thereby avoiding reinjury.
Now, with the addition of Evolve Fitness Studios, we are able to reach a broader audience and we can help individuals develop good patterns of exercise. We offer small group classes and personal training with highly skilled trainers who focus on teaching proper movements and closely monitor each individual to ensure injury prevention.
We are excited about the future of Evolve Fitness Studios and the variety of classes we are able to provide. We offer everything from Pilates and yoga to high intensity interval training and boxing/kickboxing, and everything in between.
