Private Training

Our Health/Exercise Science Degree and Nationally Certified Personal Trainers provide individualized programing to address your specific health and fitness goals. As you progress, our trainers stay ahead of the curve and utilize the latest research and exercise modalities to minimize plateaus and help you realize your full potential. Partner Training

Although no two bodies move the same, oftentimes, they complement each other. Our partner training affords you the opportunity to exercise with your best friend, spouse, child or someone else.
It might just be that missing motivation you need to get you going with your fitness. Even though you are working out with another person, the exercises are still specialized just for your body and goals.
Small Group

Train with your Friends or we will bring like-minded people together with similar goals to train as a team and achieve amazing results all while having fun! You’ll receive individualized coaching using current strategies based on the latest science to improve your muscular strength, endurance, lean body mass, balance, flexibility, and cardiovascular health. Small group training is a great way to destress, increase your social network, and get physically fit!
