We love the trails. Lots to imb and we'll constructed bridges for crossing the stream theat meanders through the wooded area. Playground: My girls love the Bee Comb and Spider web Restrooms: Portapotty. Bring wipes and hand sanitizer Dog-friendliness: Lots of green space and easy to navigate trails Picnic area: Covered and uncovered picnic tables. A few grills as well. Spaced enough apart that you are not eating on top of other groups

One of the most beautiful parks I've ever visited. Acres of lilac bushes on hills rolling down to a wooded area.
Ewing Park is amazing and a blessing to be able to visit. I have fond memories of flying kites there as a child on Mother's Day. In my twenties I began enjoying disc golf there. Now I love going whenever I get a chance to walk the dogs while I play an unofficial round. With Easter Lake and the dog park nearby, this area of Des Moines allows you time to reflect on how good life can truly be. 5 stars.
I love visiting this park. Great playground, walking trail, and for the cyclist they have off road trails that and can also be used for hiking. Bring mosquito repellent if you are going deep in the woods. There is also a boxcar track but not sure if it's still used.
This is a great park. Lots of equipment for kids to play on and seating for adults supervising them. Plenty of green space, my God Children love coming here.

Nice place ! A few different playgrounds, dog park and awesome trails for hikers, BMX and mountain bikes ! I really enjoy walking my dog on the trails ..I believe he enjoys it to lol. Nice shelter with picnic area and bathrooms !
