Evelyn From Excel Fleet Limo was very friendly. Quick responses. Answered all of our questions and gave us the best deal. She caught the vision. For my daughter’s 14th birthday we rented a party bus. By the way the best price because we shopped around. Matthew our driver was punctual, very patient while teenagers take pictures and all. Very professional. Such a gentleman. We really received a VIP treatment. My daughter and her friends felt like celebrities they said. Service was impeccable. I love the transparency everything was well communicated. We can’t wait for another occasion to use this company again. Thank you and great job
The service from Excel Fleet was excellent. With ease I was able to book a limousine. I had the opportunity to view the limousines that were available and then decided on the one I wanted. The staff were friendly, professional and responsive to the inquiries I made. The limousine driver arrived on time and was courteous and professional. We arrived to and from our destinations in style and comfort. I highly recommend Fleet Excel Limousine, their prices are very reasonable and their service was excellent from the beginning of my booking process to the end.
I highly recommend Excel Fleet Limo. We reserved a hummer limo for our daughter's quinceñera, she and her friends had so much fun. The driver was very nice and professional. We will definitely be calling Excel Fleet Limo for our next event.
Our experience with Excel Fleet Limo was extremely rewarding. Michael, our driver was on time, a perfect gentleman, willing to answer questions and simply provided incredible service to and from our event. The Black Star Limo was a huge hit with all of us. We have used several Limo companies in the past, Excel beat them all in price and service. Evelyn, the reservationist was so helpful and patient with our requests. Can't thank her enough. We have found our new Limo Service. WILL USE THEM AGAIN FOR SURE! TOTALLY RECOMEND!!!
Incredibly disappointed in the lack of customer service from the limo driver on our wedding day. He was scheduled to arrive at 1pm but did not arrive until 1:45pm, he was refusing to pick us up in the driveway of the hotel even though all the attendants were telling him that he would fit, we had to walk to the street in our dresses to get into the limo. After he dropped us off at the church he still had to go back to the hotel to pick up my husband, keeping in mind that the ceremony was at 2:30, hence why we booked him to start at 1pm. In addition, we had a specific timeline, wanting to arrive early to the church so my husband could set up steaming for my brother, who is hospitalized and was not able to attend. Due to the drivers tardiness, my husband didn't get to the church until it was time to start and was not able to set up the streaming, effectively having my brother miss the wedding. We had the same issue going back to the hotel. He refused to listen to direction from church security and therefor extended the time he took to take us back to the hotel resulting in us once again having to rush to stick to our timeline and try to do all the important things we had planned. The driver was unapologetic, never smiled, never said one word, never helped me or anyone else off the limo, it was a miracle he even opened the door for us. Obviously he did not receive a tip and did not deserve one. **A tip for all of you, they will ask if you want to tip ahead, DO NOT do this! The service they provided was undeserving of any compensation let alone a tip. Remember that you are driving people on such special occasions, you don't know what else is going on in their lives. It was already an emotional day due to the lack of my brother being there and him being ill in the hospital. It was our wish to include him and make it special for him as well and your company ruined this special moment.
Excel Fleet Limo was wonderful! They took my son and friends to their prom. The driver was amazing and nice! Can’t wait to use them next year for my daughters prom!
On my wedding day, the Limo driver arrived to the hotel 45 minutes late. He was rude to my bride and guests. On top of that he was having trouble trying to enter and park at the church, causing us to be late to the reception. Not a good look and experience. My suggestion, do not tip up front due to this might happen.
Wonderful to work with. My grandson and wife were pick up and delivered as requested. The limousine personnel checked with me for days to make sure there were no problems.
Alfonso was the driver for my son's prom. He was professional, kind and communicative. Definitely, will recommend. Very pleased.
Professional, organized, punctual and overall wonderful experience! We rented the Chrysler limo for 10 of us girls for a moms night out and had SO MUCH FUN!!! All the staff were wonderful and our driver Richard was fantastic!
