Excel Logistics- Campbells Distribution

Bad experience unprofessional staff their is security check in some are nice but some are unprofessional and sometimes they kick out ppl and call it welcome center.

By far the worst experience I’ve had as a trucker, the absolute worse company I’ve yet encountered, I will never take or a deliver a load for this poor excuse of a company

Very very stupid entering and exit But staff are five star nice

Arrived at 10.45 pm for 11 appt got door straight away n was out by 12.13. can't beat that . Enough room to back safely. The sign says don't break the seal. They will verify and break. Safety vest is must it seems. Friendly people. Back and slide tandems and choke wheels and unhook and park in far left corner. Have to keep bills in trailer before backing. They will call when unloaded. Entry and exit are from different gates. There are three spaces for truck to stop at gate. Pull in any one and check in at guard shack on right hand corner.

Supposed to have pre loaded waiting. After hours had no clue what to do when they couldn’t find my bill. Then the 4am shift don’t actually show up until 420. Been waiting for hours on what was supposed to be a pre loaded trailer And the problem was they never loaded the trailer. Previous shift just didn’t do it and when home and left me waiting. What bs

Come prepared with all your pick up and delivery information and wear a vest. If it looks busy be prepared to wait a little bit. Easy process if you follow the directions given.

You really need to check your weight with this company. Loaders don't have a clue on how to do their job, 38,000+ on the trailer axles??? Come on! Wasted a whole day there...had to come back the next day to have them rework that load twice. I don't know the fate of that trailer cause my company had me drop it and take another run. The only reason i gave it another star is because staff was really nice to me. Good luck everyone,I will never go back this place!

Load was supposed to be ready at 7 p.m. they told me the load wouldn't be ready till the next day had to wait 3 hours after appointment time for them to tell me that I don't know how long they look times are but just a little heads up take your lunch

You can sit there for hours to be loaded. If your load is heavy scale it they are known for over weights

so... this place is weird..... loading wise. its like they like to load over on the nose on purpose... even if you know your over... you must drive to scale over weight! then drive back over weight! and then wait and burn time on your elog... complete waste of time. Campbell should not renew the contract and find a better distributor for its product. I've done many Campbell soup loads all over this nation. byfar this place was the worst experience of all.
