I needed a long rental in June 2022 while I was waiting for my car to be repaired. The first car they gave me was larger than I requested and absolutely reeked of cologne and something else I could not place.  After using it a couple of days I heard some rattling in the driver's side door, and found a CRACK PIPE!!   So many things wrong with that, the least of which was the fact that they bragged about their attention to the cleanliness of their cars.  When I returned to exchange to another car, the manager was embarrassed and offered to add a few free days to the end of the rental, since the car repair would take longer than the 30 days the insurance company would pay.  When I finally returned the rental once my car was repaired, the people in the Enterprise office claimed they knew nothing about the manager's offer for a few free days apparently he did not bother to write it down anywhere and insisted on charging me. If the manager had made good on the problems in the first car, I would not have posted negative reviews of the place, but since they don't care about their customers I will be posting everywhere about my experience.

Picking up was easy.   The car I had reserved had already been rented out??  Ended up with Rav 4.  The driver carpet already had a hole.  The car has 66K miles.   This was a first.   Never rented a car with much mileage.

Employees are always in a bad mood, they don’t smile especially that old lady and that skinny young girl, they are both very rude and not helpful at all…. Instead of offering the services to the customers, they tell the customer to call other location themselves if they need a different car, while they have access to just help the customer there and not give them the run around… they need retraining on how to provide good customer service… I regret renting from here and paying them my hard working money for two months until my car was repaired… never going back!!!

Once again, the Enterprise in Chatsworth, CA delivered excellent service. Kyle Lim was quick, cheerful, friendly and hustled to provide a driver to take me home. I mentioned how much I liked the Altima and after asking if I'd like to buy it, he put me in touch with a very informative sales lady to answer my questions. Give Kyle a raise.

I had the pleasure of working with Brian Nebel upon Check-In and Check-Out for my rental. He was awesome. Made everything so easy. I truly appreciated his fantastic service!

Made the reservation online. I got to the location and I was in and out in 30minutes. Second time renting with them. Definitely won’t be the last!

It was a wonderful experience my service writer was Ed very patient and understanding man he could see the difficulty I was going through and explained everything clearly to me great job I'm very happy with my rental car but will be more happy when I get my car repaired and out of the auto body shop

I have never had such an easy,  pleasant experience at a car rental place like I did at this enterprise.   Claudia was amazing.  She took care of everything from beginning to end in no time.   She explained all the features of the car to us as of she was selling it to us... and if it were for sale,  I would have bought it.  Great great experience!!!!!!

Dealt with Jocelyn. She was very thorough in explaining certain procedures that I didn't know of as I usually rent from the airport. She has excellent customer service skills and is knowledgeable & professional. Awesome experience.
