I was staying at the Omni hotel and needed a prescription filled. Exchange followed up with me several times to make sure the prescription would be sent by my doctor, and even delivered to me AFTER HOURS! So many thanks for the care they put into this.
They are THE. BEST. A couple years ago, I got insurance again after years without or my copay was unaffordable. When I called to see if my new Rx was available, it was like they'd just seen me yesterday. Same thing when I came in. Now I only go to chains when I'm DESPERATE and can't wait on them to re-open.
