Hello! My name is Kathy and I am 46 years young. I love to exercise but I hate to diet - so I don't!!! Instead I have committed myself to a healthy lifestyle which means eating healthy foods including lots of fruits, veggies and lean meats . . . and chocolate (the really rich dark chocolate with 70% or more cocoa). . . I LOVE chocolate :-) I also try to eat organic whenever possible. I have always been somewhat thin but definitely not toned. I started exercising because even in my 20's my blood pressure was high/normal so when I got into my 30's my doctor started talking about medication. I refused the medication and started walking instead - my blood pressure went down to normal :-) I started running and doing some light weight training - LOVED IT!!! So then I started spinning and cardio kickbox - LOVED that too!!! So I just keep going . . . this is a lifelong journey for me. No matter what the age you can be the best you can be. Commit to it and stick to it. Being a Beachbody Fitness Coach gives me the opportunity to continue my health and fitness journey by helping other people with their journey . . . and that's a great thing!!!
