Exclusive Nails

I have come here in the past and it’s been cheap and good service. The last time I came here they overcharged me by $60. I had to spend $110 on a little acrylic set. Today I went in asking for an acrylic set. it was simple. It was just green and pink painted. I came in expecting it to be 50 or $60. It ended up being $100. I didn’t even really get what I asked for. It looks nothing like the picture. Don’t get me wrong they’re nice people. But they’re not good at their work. Sorry.

I was beyond excited to get my nails done for Mother’s Day seeing as this is not something I typically do. I got what I would consider a simple design done and was charged $95. Again I wasn’t concerned about the price because I was so excited to get them done. This was 5 days ago and tonight one of them broke as I opened a drawer in my kitchen . I am so very disappointed right now and will never be going back. Wish a zero star review was available because it’s deserved.Service: Acrylic nails

85 dollars for a new set I asked why 85 because these are LONG NAILS I said these are not long to me he said yes long nails wow!! Look at how they look sideways! Go somewhere else this is not 85 dollars worth!

My nails look good, but definitely not worth $85! I get my nails done all the time and typically a full set of acrylics is $50. I was shocked when they said $85!!! Not worth it.

There were a lot of issues during this visit. The reason for this review though is that they used shellac instead of gel after telling me it was gel and charging a huge amount of money for a basic treatment. Also- on top of all this it took them 1 hour 45 minutes to provide ONE BASIC treatment and then it wasn’t even gel polish and will come off in 2 weeks or less. These people should go out of business. Awful especially after reading other reviews. Total scam. One attendant told me one price and then their store owner added more to the price. After letting many other walk ins cut me in line and taking so long on the treatment. Awful.

I love Exclusive Nails! I travel from Hayden/Craig to get my nails done here because they do the best always. Been going for years and never plan to go anywhere else. Worth the price and the travel. Here’s photos of my latest set:Services: Sculpted nails

Not at all relaxing. One person did a pedi while another one did my nails. Neither one of them could speak any English - they had to rely on the person next to me to translate. Both people working on me were very grumpy and the man who did the pedicure was so rough that it hurt. Would not recommend.Services: Pedicure

Absolutely love this place!! Always a favorite, always amazing service, always beyond friendly and welcoming. They helped me when a manicure from a previous mani started chipping. They helped me out with no appointment, faster, and better than my previous mani! Will always recommend

Best place I’ve found to get my nails done! I do dipped and they last at least 21/2 weeks. Probably would last the full three but my work is pretty hard on them

I felt very disrespected he was not listening to anything I said and my nail art on my rings fingers are uneven and one of them is crooked and I’m very upset and they made me pay 95$
