Exclusively Yours Floral at Gooseberries

Oil fryers should be cleaned every night in a company. I only had to order one time in a month. When you eat fried food from here, it's filtered with this guck underneath. No one ever cared to take the time to keep up with it. And this is at the burlington location.

09/29/2022... If I could give 0 stars I would for customer service. On 09/24/2022, I ordered a boutonniere and corsage for a homecoming on 10/01/2022. I explained my credit card was hacked and I would come in and prepay for the flowers before 10/01/2022 Gooseberries Floral requires prepayment for corsages and boutonnieres. Today, 09/29/2022, I received a voicemail from Gooseberries advising that if I did not come in and prepay for the flowers, "there would be a problem." I understand it is Thursday, and the flowers were to be picked up on Saturday, but I said I would come in prior to prepay, and I was going to do so. I returned the call. The woman advised the flowers were not paid for yet. I told the representative of Gooseberries Floral Berkot's that I did not appreciate being told, "there would be a problem if the flowers weren't prepaid for." I apologized that I work an 8am-4pm job and have children in extra-curriculars that must be dropped off and picked up in the late afternoon/early evening, and have difficulty getting there before 5pm. However, I did promise I would get there before 10/01/2022, and that was the plan. Gooseberries Floral Berkot's, a suggestion, when employing someone in your floral department, a position that is usually supplying flowers for various occasions thank goodness I was not ordering flowers for a funeral maybe employ someone who does not display a complete lack of customer service. I'm worrying about fraudulent charges being placed on my credit card, and making sure I prepay for a corsage and boutonniere, and then receive nasty voicemail saying, "there will be a problem if I do not show up and prepay." I ended up canceling the order, and went to another florist who not only accommodated me on short notice, but is allowing me to pay upon pick up, and apologized to me that I was treated that way. I will not be back to the floral area of Gooseberries Berkot's.

We worked with Kathy for our June wedding flowers and she did a phenomenal job. She decorated our tables, arch, and provided the flowers for the wedding party and they were all so beautiful. She captured our vision perfectly and worked with us within our budget. Everything was so smooth and beautiful on our day and we are very grateful to have worked with Kathy on our wedding day.

We appreciate working with this business. They were kind and helpful in receiving our order. I would recommend this shop.
