I let Tiffany broker owner be the property manager for my apartment for 1 year. During that year, she would take days to call me back and multiple messages from me just to return my message. Tiffany does not communicate well and has an excuse for her lack of communication. Tiffany charged me a tenant finders fee of $250 before the tenant moved in and when the tenant could not provide the proper paperwork to complete the move in Tiffany refused to return my money. She could not find tenants for my unit for the majority of the year. Soon as I replaced her with a new PM I had two quality tenants ready to move in and pay deposits. Stay away from her company for property manager services!!!!
Do not trust! Used PM for 2yrs and in that time was rent payment was late about 50% of the time. Tiffany would usually blame an accounting error, her assistants, or payment company, instead of owning up to it. Finally asked if she was charging Late Fees which she denied, later found out she was pocketing the money. Still haven't received any payments for them. Tiffany also covered up and lied about damage to the property and appliances caused by one of her previous tenets, causing $2k+ plus in damages. Probably will never receive payment for this as well. When we had enough and decided to switch to another PM, we had to ask 5 different times for a copy of our contract and lease paperwork, which of course she never signed and took 2 weeks to produce. Finally had to report her to MREC, and hopefully they will investigate for fraud. Or incompetence at the least..
Raikeisha Harper represented buyers who were purchasing my home on the coast in Gautier. It was supposed to close on Friday June 29th 2018. The day before and the day of closing Raikeisha Harper was not returning calls to my agent. Saturday, the day after closing she sent a message to my agent that her buyers felt this wasn't the home for them. This was after the typical 30 day contract, so day 31 after holding my home off the market. This agent didn't even have the professionalism to call and let my agent know there was a problem. The day before closing she was still having me the seller repair items, which I did despite it being an As Is contract. Things she did not request during the inspection period. I now have another $1905.00 mortgage payment to come up with on top of $1000.00 in repairs that the buyers requested and I was not reimbursed for. Unethical is the only word I can use for Keisha's performance. The only reason I gave one star is that was needed to post a review.
Dishonest is the best word to describe Tiffany Burgess. She will tell you anything you want to hear in order to rent you a property. If you decide to do business with her anyway, my advise is to get her to give you EVERYTHING in writing. Also, to make matters worse, then she never replies your calls. Please be aware.
Realtors are knowledgeable, courteous, and always willing to help with your buying or selling needs. They also offer notary services.
Great company and staff. Recently just relocated to a great new location on Highway 49. Awesome owner!
