Was a really good place to get remodel items but has now closed unfortunately.
Well it was a pretty good place we found exactly what we needed for handles on our cabinets and drawers it took a little digging and we did it on our own. There was people there but they weren't really all that helpful it's just really kind of a place that you just look around on your own and do for yourself and if you have any questions ask but at any rate, we got our handles and drawer handles probably a dollar fifty to $2 cheaper then we would have gotten them somewhere at one of the major hardware stores so we were happy when we left
I needed a non standard size door and they had it in stock. Lowes wouldn’t order it and Home Depot was going to take 3 weeks and it would have been $40 higher. The guy that helped me was helpful and friendly. I’ve shopped here before and the prices on what I bought couldn’t be beat.
Whatever you do, DO NOT let them build a door for you!!!!! We ordered three doors. Gave the dimensions and they screwed them all up!!!! They require you to pay full price up front and will only refund half if you back out. Two doors were almost unusable. They drilled out the hole for the door knobs in an oval shape instead of a circle. Totally their fault!!!!! Incredible you can even drill an egg shaped hole! I would tell you to RUN away from this place!!! Such a bad investment on my part. I should have gone with my gut feeling when I arrived there. I give myself one star for even considering this messed up business!!!
While I can agree the customer service can be poor, once they know uou need/want something they are very friendly and helpful. This is not a retail type store and there are many just looking not wishing to see anyone, zI have been at times! Price are very good to reasonable. The selection is fairly diverse and the staff knowledgable. I have been happy with every purchase and keep going back even though it is a 90 minute drive now!!
I bought about 1200 sq ft of flooring from this place and they helped me load it without question. They have a very large selection of building materials and almost anything you need to remodel your house. It's a big metal shop and it's just before the red rivers leaving Oklahoma.
They have a great selection of flooring, high-end entry doors and windows, countertops, showers, etc. I just forgot to measure my project before I went there, so I'll be back with a list
Lots of various materials to choose from. A very large place with a bunch of stuff. I talked with Landon who was honest and helpful. I recommend you talk to him when you go in. He pointed out positives and negatives when I asked him questions and didn't try to swindle me just to make a sale.
Very helpful staff. Not as large selection as Lowes or Home Depot but for what they do have the prices are better.
Service is horrible. Waited standing around for 15 minutes while they were just standing there talki g. Then they wouldnt cut a 14 ft price of lumber in half for me so I could haul it without a trailer. Pathetic
