Thank you Patrick Paddy Moore for booking us in for the perfect cruise experience. As first time "cruisers" we had no idea how to book, what to expect, what plans to make. Patrick has not only made the entire booking process smooth and efficient, booking us into a most wonderful room with a view, but he has given us guidance on everything from getting to the ship, dining choices, excursions, where and when we can catch breathtaking sights, how to maximize our cruise experience and surprising us with delicious chocolate covered strawberries as a welcome gift delivered to our stateroom. Throughout the cruise we kept repeating "Had it not been for Patrick's advice we would have not seen this, or tasted that, packed that or prepared in this way. Lucky us to have had Patrick's help". Carol Dyck at Expedia Cruises in West Vancouver is absolutely the most amazing cruise consultant and travel agent. Carol has assisted my family three generations in all our cruise and trip planning. She is always friendly and very very responsive. Carol is so knowledgeable and well travelled ask her how many cruises she has been on! that she is always able to answer our many questions and help guide our trip planning. She has helped us book cruises to Panama, Caribbean, Hawaii, Alaska, and now Europe! I never imagined cruising until I spoke with Carol. We booked a cruise from Southampton to Rome through Paddy Moore and we were extremely pleased with the service we received.  His advise was invaluable in selecting the cruise and he was extremely helpful dealing with all aspects of the booking.  The cruise itself was an adventure we will not soon forget.
