Great atmosphere! Love the decor, and music.The owner and hairstylist are helpful, and sweet with each other and clients. Their waiting area has a relaxing fountain and a coffee/tea bar. There's plenty of FREE parking too. Come check it out, and ask for Carol Z.

I love this place. I have been going to Susan for over 13 years. She is kind and always cares about her customer. This place is the best ! Even the other hair dressers are kind . This establishment is clean. The prices are good .

The best service a customer could ask for, I wanna thank Susan sooo much! She worked wonders on my hair! She made sure I left happy and I was hard to work with and she is more then just a stylist she has a kind soul! the other stylists are extremely nice as well.. I've been to many salons before but THIS SALON is the best in the San Fernando Valley!

Terrible place to go. I had gone in for a haircut with my girlfriend, she was getting color done. I'm extremely cautious of who cuts my hair but my gf insisted I go with her. I saw a couple of young female stylists that looked like they knew what they were doing and when I requested them, this middle eastern woman, Susan, said "I'm sorry Honey. They cannot cut your hair, I can do it." I asked if there was anyone else, she pointed to 2 other older stylists but she was the younger of the 3 so I went with her even though my gut was saying stay away from the older stylist!!!! Terrible hack job! I wanted something young and fresh and she gave me an old and blah mullet with choppy layers. What makes it worse, she colored my girlfriend's hair and messed that up too. I had to accompany her back to the salon the following day and when we asked Susan to fix it, she said, "What? No. I think this is good. You look great!" When my girlfriend said she wasn't happy, Susan said "I'm sorry there's nothing I can do." When we insisted we speak to the manager or owner, she replied, "I am the owner." I would not recommend this place ESPECIALLY when the owner doesn't even know what she's doing!

Me and my friends have been going there for years they sell really good product for the hair and treat you like a real person what every salon should do thanks for the great work

the best place. Susan in a love and takes care of every detail in you, all the staff is very friendly happy to be a customer for 5 years.

I got my highlights done here few months back, now I go for root toutch ups. Nice place with good customer service.
