Such an amazing space. We had so much fun and staff was welcoming and kind. My kids are 4 and 2 and there was plenty to keep them busy for 2 hours. We could have easily stayed longer. The exhibits are engaging and everything was very clean. We went on a Thursday evening which is free donation entry fee. We will definitely return.Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNoPrice for adult entryFree
I don't recommend coming here because the front desk lady was being really rude to our family. Someone in my family went outside to take a call for not even 5 minutes. Then when we left, the front desk lady told us with a attitude that u can't leave your child unattended in the place without a adult. But they count 14 year Olds and up as an adult and we had a 15 year old who was payed the adult price was with them. They acted like we left for 3 hours. I think they need to fix there policy. Never coming again.
So much fun! The play area outside was open and super clean/fun. We always enjoy playing and learning. Brittany is our favorite too, she is always helpful and very kind! We ALWAYS have fun and appreciate the staff!Visited onWeekendWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNoPrice for adult entry$6–10
Great fun for the kids. Excellent staff. Wish adults didn’t have to pay, but I guess they know we’re going to squeeze ourselves into the castle. Checkmate.
They have added so much over the years. Great place for the kids to play and explore!Visited onWeekendWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNot surePrice for adult entry$6–10
Kids had a blast Tuesday and Thursday is donation only days super inexpensive and fun for the kids
My daughter loves it here and I like the fact that it is always clean and they don't keep toys that are broken or damaged. They are constantly adding newer toys to each play area. The staff is super friendly and every Tuesday and Thursday after 1:30pm it is free to get it but they would appreciate donations of whatever you can afford. They also do special events quite frequently and they are reasonably priced events.
Prices are pretty high, which is pretty normal for children's museums, but I pay those prices so that my kids can play with new and exciting stuff. I came last about 2 years ago and almost nothing has changed. The flight simulator isn't working. Anything with Velcro was worn out. Dinosaur dig doesn't have enough rubber to actually cover the fossil. The vet area was super cute and may be new or updated recently. Staff was nice and the place was clean.
A classic local children’s museum only made better by 21st century updates. Attentive staff, safe and enjoyable layout. #castlelife
It can be difficult to find a place where the whole family can engage with imaginative play with their kids. The Exploration Station solved that with hands on interactive stations, castles, flight simulator, and much more so that families can make meaningful connections through play.
