I was assisted by Abraham. He was not pushy at all like other sales people. The gave us the best deal. We went to good deals in Rancho and the sales guy there wanted to charge us $2580 as the best deal for the same exact thing that we got from expo furniture for $2280. That's a $300 savings. Abraham took care of everything and delivered everything as promised. Look for Abraham. Picture is not from expo but this is what we purchased.
Check this place If you want good quality furnitures , professional and on time delivery and more important a friendly customer service. Mr. Ibrahim is the man.5 stars store!
And the worst customer service ever they promised me our unit delivered next day so I had to bring a contractor in to finish my job when I went to pick them up nobody knew anything about it and they say I won't be available till few days later I explain to him the reason we purchase the sooner we need a next day because Contractors is here which he's charging per day Andy salesman act like it's not a big deal Even it was written on the receipt will be delivered in Rancho Cordova store so please don't trust him no matter writing on the contract or verbal they don't they don't honor their words no I have to drive all the way down to Sacramento to pick up this unit
I went in and was immediately greeted by Steve. He was very friendly and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. He was very helpful and polite. Because of him I was able to purchase a beautiful couch and rug for my new home. The delivery charge was very affordable and the delivery men were just as friendly. They wore shoe covers to keep my carpets clean and installed the couch in minutes. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I searched many stores before finding quality products for an affordable price. Thank you Steve and amazing delivery team!
5 stars ALL THE WAY! Omg, where to start? This is one of the best furniture stores I’ve ever been to. The guys who delivered our furniture put our furniture together in like ten minutes! They were so quick! They were friendly, and they knew exactly what they were doing. When we first visited the store, the Steve who owns the store was so nice, and patient. He was not pushy in any way. And he was helpful with our questions. He had excellent customer service! On top of that our furniture was delivered a day after we ordered it! I think I found a new furniture store that I’ll only be shopping at! :
My husband and I bought a table from here and barely 6 months later, we have two chairs just completely break on us and I called to see what they can do and they said they can’t do anything. We spent well over $500 for this table and it’s so cheaply made. The paint is coming off the bench and table top and now my family is scared to even sit in the chairs because they’ve broke instantly on us. I will never buy from this business again and I suggest you don’t either!
Prices are very reasonable. I love my coffee table .I accidentally got the wrong size and style my fault and Tony exchanged no question asked. Quality is good store is big. Would recommend : Ask Tony he is helpful and super nice too.
I'm glad I came here and didn't pull the trigger with RC Willey or American Furniture Gallery. I came in 30 minutes before they closed, told them what I was looking for, negotiated a very reasonable price, and closed it in less than 30 minutes. Just got the delivery, it was flawless. Very satisfied with the decision to come here! Buy furniture here!
At first I was excited to receive my new bedroom set. About four days later, I purchased a mattress. I purchased the mattress on Monday the delivered it yesterday Tuesday 5/1/18. I tried to sleep on the bed it’s so hard my back hurts I tossed & turned all till now. I pulled out my air mattress to sleep on it. I have a headache & I have work in less then four hours. I have epilepsy and sleep is essential to help keep my seizure under control. Hopefully they’ll be able to help me out in the morning.
We are so pleased with this place. Steve is an amazing salesperson. The first time we came in he was very helpful in helping us find a sofa set for our needs and we are picky . He kept finding piece after piece until we found the right one. We had gone to Living Spaces and purchased two loveseat recliners, then went here to look for something else and ended up leaving with an entire sectional piece and cancelling the other from Living Spaces because the entire section was less money than Living Space two loveseats. We paid no sales tax and delivery was within a couple days. When we got the sectional home, we realized it wouldn't fit too good in our living room. We contacted Steve and he said, no problem. Had us come in and return the pieces we didnt need and let us use store credit for something we wanted. He didnt hsve to do this because sales are final. He helped us to find the perfect piece again for our home. I would highly recommend this place and ask for Steve, he will hook you up good. We will buy from them in future furniture needs. Thank you Steve for great customer service and great deals.
