Heather was so pleasant to work with. She has great ideas and is honest in her advice as to what looks good and what doesn't. Zac and Blake were great at installing my plantation shutters. Very friendly as well as efficient and professional.
Heather was our design consultant. She gave great tips and ideas, and we were able to quickly come up with a plan that best fit our needs. Vasileios installed our shutters and blinds. He was friendly and professional, and everything looks great! I would highly recommend A Shade Above to others
Zac & Blake installed our Plantation Shutters and we are very pleased with the installation and how quick they were. The product looks amazing in our new home. Definitely would recommend these shutters. However, we are unhappy with the Billing and Sales side. No updates were given to us, we had to reach out ourselves and we are still awaiting for a receipt with the itemization. They also debited from our account, without informing us, too. Not professional
A Shade Above was recommended to me by a neighbor whose shutters I really liked having only seen them from outside as I walked by her house. I worked with Heather Cope who was absolutely fantastic, knowledgeable, professional and personable. The shutters are beyond beautiful and look great. The entire process including installation was flawless!! I highly recommend Heather and A Shade Above.
In 2015, I had shades installed in my covered porch by A Shade Above. I was so impressed by the quality, the craftsmanship, the professionalism and courtesy that I kept Chad's business card all these years. I have a gazebo on my back deck with a table and chairs for outdoor dining. However, the setting sun in the summer is brutal. I needed another shade. I reached out to Chad. He had transferred but put Heather Cope in touch for a solution. Today Zac and Blake installed the shade. I am very pleased, again. The products, service, and people are top drawer. Needless to say, I kept Heather's card. jp
We highly recommend Shade Above! Donna Houghton did a fantastic job helping us find the perfect roller shades for our home. She was so helpful and easy to work with. Everything from the design to the installment went smoothly and we could not be happier with our new shades!
Heather did an excellent job in measuring and Vasileios did an excellent job with installation. Both were professional and friendly. Will definitely go back for window treatment for my patio door.
ASA did over 40 shutters with custom hang strips for an inside flush mount, some needed some tweaking after installation to allow for better window access opening and closing, I requested and repair and it was scheduled for the next day. Vasileios did a fantastic job tweaking each of the installs. They are perfect now!
The entire process from selecting shutters with Heather to the installation by Zac and Blake was seamless and a very pleasant experience. They were efficient, professional and congenial. I highly recommend!
Donna Houghton did a fantastic job helping us in deciding which window treatments to use in our new house. Our favorite is the vertical blind across our triple sliding glass door. It keeps the light out at night and retracts to almost nothing when opened. You may notice that one piece of crown moulding was missing at the time that the pictures were taken, but as soon as the piece came in ASA was right out and finished the job promptly. Would definitely use them again.
