Brought my car in for an oil change last week; they recommended a tire rotation and I agreed to it. A few hours later, one tire was completely flat and I had no issues with leaks or anything before this. Took it into another place the next day and they discovered the valve had been broken likely as a result of Express Car Care being too rough/inattentive during the rotation.  Mistakes happen and I get that but when I called and left a voicemail explaining what happened not asking for a refund or anything—they never called me back. So 2 stars for making me go through all that by damaging the tire valve, also for doing absolutely nothing to rectify the matter.  Edit in response to shop owner: I definitely did call and leave a voicemail, I have evidence of this on my phone. I could not just come back to the shop because of my work hours. The tire did not have a nail in it. The tire was fine, just the valve was damaged—maybe it was grazed by another piece of equipment or something. Might be worth checking into your call/voicemail system to see what happened.

I never leave google reviews, but I’ve had so many overwhelmingly positive experiences here that it feels deserved. Every single time I’ve brought my car in for the last 4 years, I’ve received nothing but the most honest service. Anytime an issues cropped up, Wes, Rob, and their team have brought me back to explain and show the issue in detail, and on multiple occasions have even dissuaded from doing unnecessary work recommended by other shops. This might be the best mechanic I’ve ever been to, and would recommend this place to anyone. A gem of a business, seriously.

Rob, Wes and the whole family over at Express Car Care are the absolute best! I've taken my car here for repairs for the past year and they always do a great job with everything. I've had oil changes, repairs done on my breaks and rotors, and other work done on my car at Express Car Care. They are always very quick about getting you in and doing the job right. They do the repairs quickly and correctly without gouging and don't make you feel foolish when they are explaining the mechanical issues. They take time to care. Need a dad like figure to change your oil & "kick the tires"? This is your place! Going to the shop as a girl is always a little anxiety provoking because it traditionally isn't a space that is meant for us but these gentlemen are comforting & incredible. GIRL APPROVED! 10/10

I didn’t realize there were still places with old-school integrity. This is a father-sons owned & operated business that hasn’t caught up with flashy technology, nor do they need to. These guys are so nice and professional. You can tell they are actually interested in fixing your car. I've never felt ripped off or taken advantage of here. In fact, one time they called and said they couldn't justify replacing or fixing anything because it just wasn't necessary. I know for a fact if we took my car elsewhere they would have come up with something unnecessary to do just to get money out of us. They don't overcharge for the work they do either. 100% recommend.

Went in for an oil change today 12/07/22 called for an estimate. Got myself situation in their very cozy waiting area. Love the old school decor. Waited less than 30 minutes! Changed my oil and filled up some other fluids while also filling up my tire pressure! Lovely place! Will definitely be returning!Service:&nbsp;Oil change
