DO NOT SIGN WITH THEM. They wouldn’t cancel my contract, they extended my contract and took all my reserves so they didn’t have to pay out . Find a different company to factor with. Nothing but bad experiences with these guys.
Auto renew 1 year contract. Steals money and charges hidden fees that they lie about. Doesn't invoice all loads. They say not approved if they don't feel like doing their job. Watch out for this kid named Tanner and Dan Hadley, the president. He is running a fraudulent business. He is a liar and a crook.
Great company to deal with. I get next day pay & My representative Tanner is very professional & responsive. Would recommend to any independent carrier who doesn’t want to wait a month to receive a check

I just wanted to say that I have been with Express Freight Finance for almost a year now and it has been a very good experience working with them. Both Justin and Jacob are very helpful and always quick to help me out with any questions I might have. I really appreciate them working with us. First of all I want to say I never used a Factoring company before but I Thank God for guiding me to Express freight finance . I started talking to David to see if I can factor with them and David was totally helpful and honest and they went over and beyond to get me approved. Everyone there well at least the people I spoke to are very helpful and answered all my questions and concerns. It is easy to submit your paperwork to get funding on the loads that I delivered I submit the paperwork and the next day the money it is already in my business account. If you have any questions or concerns they will answer them they are trustworthy so if you are in need for a factoring company I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EXPRESS FREIGHT FINANCE and I highly recommend to speak to David Octavio Biojo Ortiz he is the best it is like talking to a really good friend he is there to help you out to the best of his abilities and he keeps it completely honest so once again I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EXPRESS FREIGHT FINANCE FOR YOUR FACTORING NEEDS and I believe they have other services they can provide. Chris Hansen, has really really be of a good help at time of my need to get me out of Comm Wealth factoring company. I am happy and very excited to come along with Express Freight Finance. They are top notch in the Industry. Once you have issues get to Chris Hansen. He will definitely look for a solution. Even, before I bought the truck he was on my side to guide me about all these factoring. Before Comm Wealth factoring, twist my brain and get over, and Chris fought back to make sure I came back to Express Freight Finance. He did a good job and very smart to get all these done perfectly.

The only reason I am giving a one start is because I have to but if I could I wouldn’t leave a start. Been I. Business for 2 years and it is safe to say that this is the worse financial decision I ever made. Terrible, entitled and lack communication. I question all this good comments. They act with disregards for people who are out here risking their lives on these highways. It is safe to safe that how the organization does business. From top to bottom just a bunch of rude and insensitive people. 2 account managers and can’t seem to ever get Justin or Josh on the phone. Just all around terrible people. If you are considering doing business here my advise for you is DONT DO IT! You will regret it because as soon as you sign up, you will never get them on the phone…..TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES
Where to begin I can say I needed out of wex fleet one factoring asap!! and chris has helped me soo much!! now we are just beginning so I will update this review in a couple of month's but so far soo great!! Chris has made this transition amazing for me thank you sooo much can't wait to do business together for many years to come
