Express inn and suites

I checked in at around 7 pm and never have had been there the young lady working the Desk was extremley Helpful while patiently answering any questions i had. Also searched for the best rate she could find me. Rooms were Nice and very clean and after checking out the next morning. I returned 2 days later and exactly the same. Price is Really Good compared to many i checked with beforehand.

I went to go check into my hotel room I booked online today. The women whom I’m assuming is a manager or owner of the place gave me a look when I pulled in. When I got out my car she proceeded to ask me if I was there for a room and I said yes ma’am I booked online to where she proceeded to ask for my ID. She then informed me that I’m a flagged customer and I asked what she meant and she said we have you flagged in our system. Mind you I’ve never stayed there a day or night in my life and she proceeded to read out 4 room numbers that I’ve supposedly stayed in. I don’t even know what their rooms look like. I definitely feel like some of it was because I was white because her tone of voice changed when my boyfriend who happens to be black came inside. She was very rude and I don’t appreciate it just because I wasn’t born of color. I will never ever book or try to stay here again.

Front desk was very nice. Room is clean and very roomy!! Haven't seen any type of bugs bed bugs or otherwise and I checked before bringing our things in!! Don't understand the bad reviews because I've found them all to be false!!!Rooms: 3/5

Definitely not a go to even for a quick stay very sketchy horrible decor and customer service lady in front said my company was suspicious mind you he was African American young with dreads and did nothing but walk up to the room did nothing to be decriminalize upon avoid at all costRooms: 1/5

A little strange from pulling up and seeing the colors that the building is painted. 3 or 4 different colors that you see at the beach. We went into the office and were stopped from going in the lobby. We were stuck in the foyer behind the glass. We had to give our ID'S which seemed that the lady was doing a complete background check. That took a good 20 mins. Then we go to our room and draw back the curtain only to be told to close it because it would make us a target with my wife's bag and our stuff. Shocked thinking where in the hell are we!!! Needless to say it ended up being nice and quiet and we slept well and now loud wakeup either. For the price and the actual stay it was worth it. Unique to say the least, a little sketchy feeling but overall I would stay again no problem. P.S. make sure your bathroom has enough toilet paper!

Horrible ! Will not stay there rude customer service was greeted horribly the moment I entered the door . Sketchy crowd lingering around . Did not get a room . Woman was too busy trying to muddle in my business . Being a business owner myself this is not how you treat your customers. Nice decor seemed to be a downplay of what is really going on there . I will tell all my family and friends not to stay there, does not seem safe . I Give It A big fat 0.

Once again shopping with the hotel discount coupon book, you don't expect much in the $35 range. Wow I was surprised when I pulled in. The grounds were very pretty and clean. The lobby was very nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helped me find my room and get settled in. When I got to my room, it was very nice and clean. This is by far the nicest hotel in this price range I have stayed in. I would take my family to this hotel. It will go in my gps as a favorite.

It was cold and there were no blankets. The tabaco smell was horrible and It was a room for non smokers. The decoración is horrible.

This hotel is totally horrible.. First entering the room you're hit with the wretched smell of a cheap Jamaican style air freshener. The sheets on the bed looked very worn and didn't even match. The pillows were flat and smelled like smoke. All the lamp shades were yellow colored and had stains all over them. When I turned on the heat a very strong burning smell started coming out, so I open the door to let in some fresh air. I was then told ,very rudely by the way, that I was not leave my door open at any time for any reason. That if I was warned more than twice I would be asked to leave. When I tried to use the stove it would not work. When I went to the front desk to tell them about it, I was informed that it was an additional 20 charge for it to be turned on. I noticed the next day when the maids were cleaning the rooms they did not use a vacuum, they just swept the carpets. I'll never stay here again.
