Cheap and quick way to get from North Bergen, NJ Hotels to Times Square. Busses are relatively clean and run lots back and forth. Locals use it for work commute, etc.
Careless and unprofessional drivers. Most of the buses are not in a good conditions.
It's a shame that because the bus is empty everyone suffers the driver will go 20 to 30 mph and don't care about passengers time or the cars behind them they own the road and you once you pay your money
2 buses will pass at the same time and then the next one won’t come for another 40 mins , don’t you guys have a set schedule or something? one bus was filled the next went right past us because i assume he thought we would get on the first? anyways ridiculous ,
50/50 experience. Some drivers will skip stops and drive right past you. Plenty of shuttles that comes often. Some are speedy than others. Appreciate having the option to get change back.
Driver 41. On night time. This lady it's the worst driver and a rude person. People come from work or either going to. She can announce the stop on Market St. And don't listen when costumers asked the stop. I been travelling for a lot of years and I don't understand how she still driving a bus.
Why are these buses parked in residential area? Go park your buses in your work establishment. Don't try to fix your buses at 12am or 1am when people are trying to sleep. It's ridiculous! I will make the mayor aware of this loud noise and disturbance!!
Love the drivers, they always make sure I get transported safely to my destinations.
Completely DISHONEST WITH PRICES!!! One day they will charge you $2 to cross the GW Bridge and later $3, at their convenience. Correct Prices: 7 Days a Week Bridge Crossing- $2 GWB to Cliffside- $3 GWB to Bergenline- $4 GWB to JSQ Jersey City- $4 DON’T LET THEM CHEAT YOU- REPORT IMMEDIATELY!!!!! P.S. I have no other issues with this service; I use it DAILY.
Every single bus drivers have really bad customer skills. They are all rude. I prefer njtransit
