They closed 10min early, I was gonna swoop by to buy a trendy summer sport coat and a pretty cool palm tree shirt real quick. They should still be open for 5 more minutes currently. Frustrating. I give three stars because I have no idea how helpful the staff are, how big their inventory is.
Aiden was such a great help! Stopped by in a big hurry on the way to the airport to grab some last minute slacks and tops. They make nicely cut, wrinkle-free pants that are so flattering. So easy to put cute pieces together, pretty good stock, store is kept clean and the nicest staff that are helpful & courteous. Above-average retail service with excellent inventory!

It's a nice store albeit in a mall. I've been in only once. Staff was professional and I was assisted quickly and satisfactorily. It wasn't busy. One clerk was stocking and offered assistance. The other was quieter but polite. Good experience!
This store does not know how to measure of offer any guidance on ordering. The manager flat out said they do not know how to tell you what size to order. But your a clothing store, right??
I always like their suits, but one day I was returning one of the suit, which I ordered online, it didn't look nice on me. So i tried to return, but sales person seem they aren't liking it that I'm returning, they were finding excuses, u wore the suit, it smell parfumerie, but suit was brand new there was no smell, all tag are included, I returned it the day I received it. So I would suggest, stop blaming the customer, and improve your customer service.
There was a mix-up with part of my transaction, and I was never emailed a receipt. Kevin took the time to retrace my receipt in their system even though another employee told me it couldn't be done, and was super helpful with correcting my transaction! Thank you for the amazing customer service Kevin!!
Express has become my favorite place to shop and the online deals are sometimes unbelievably fantastic. Last week they had 15 dollar shirts.
They were great, helped exchange online orders, order the right items, and credit my account there. The online store is best for shopping but here they'll return your stuff, or maybe have what you wanted in stock. Not many people in the store helping but they managed with the supervisor helping me for thirty minutes. That's kind of what these stores are now, online help locations.
