Expresso Car Wash

Was referred here for inside and out cleaning and and for $34 I was extremely happy. No apt and waited maybe 30 minutes and was well worth it! My car was so clean and shiny as I drove away. Made me so appreciative of their hard work. Staff was kind and professional and willing to take time to explain different offers as this was my first time. Thank you Expresso Illinois Ave, Toledo, Ohio! I'll be back!

Simply put, most expensive car wash ever and the worst results. Drove 30 minutes here to get screwed. I called prior to coming asking about amoralling the dash etc. They said yes, we have full service. Well, the soap they marked my windows with is still on the window. Bug splatter still covers the front of the car. Probably sealed in now with the "ceramic coating". I'm not sure they even vacuumed the inside. Debris is still all over. Sand on the seats, there is still dust on the one seat so obviously they didn't do anything on that side. Windows are steaked, not even close to clean. Left my seats forward and really didn't do anything worth mentioning. In fa t, it just rained and the water didn't even bead up. Great job! I worried about this after sitting there for 40 minutes watching the people getting a wash and soft cloth drying. Well the kids at the end walk past the vehicle making it appear they are drying it, but they don't. They walk with a rag down the side of your car and call it done. It wasn't even busy... This place is just a ripoff. Called in to complain, they said to let us know when you come back. We'll make it right. This is my first and last visit. I wouldn't come back there if you gave me free washes. I can do better in half the time and none of the cost. $30 for a halfa$$ed job and basicly laughed off by management. Half the door jam is cleaned. Still have debris throughout entire vehicle. Again, windows are worse than befire the "wash". Rude staff as well. I was there yesterday. The only helpful and friendly person was the guy taking my money. Props to you man. You should be management!Services: Full body wash

I’ve been working my truck pretty hard over the past year and a half. Travel, construction, hauling, etc. So I felt it needed a professional reset. The Detail Shop did an outstanding job. Looks like a new truck actually practically is. Thanks.

The best car wash I have ever been to!! Complete total service and polite.

One of the worst car wash experiences of my life. I am not one to complain in a review. But the kids vacuuming the car need to get off their phones. The vacuuming was a D+ at best. The kids basically laughed when I told them to get busy. Expresso Carwash will never see one cent of my $$ again… If you want to go out of business, then keep it up.Services: Full body wash

Didn't get any service because the full service lane was closed. Again. Guy that answered when i called said they were understaffed because people don't show up. For one of the very few car washes that still offer full service, you'd think they want to protect that unique service. Not a staffing problem. It's a manager and owner problem.

Paid $30 and now the third time my car leaves the place with dirty cupholders and center console opening, both of which were completely empty so they'd be able to do a nice job. Not again!!! No response whatsoever to my complaints

I am frustrated because apparently they train their people to put the cars in the wash as close together as possible. As a result when they were loading the cars in the car behind me struck my vehicle in the rear. No damage was caused to my car because I have a trailer hitch sticking out of the back. If anything the car that hit my back end scratched their bumper. I see no reason to not leave at least one car length distance between cars when you're loading them into the wash. The goal is to not cram them in as closely as possible increasing the likelihood of one car contacting another. I have a gift card loaded up with several washes and before I went in loaded another $50 on. When I called to speak with someone I got a person in the detail shop who transferred me to a wash manager who did not answer and had no voicemail setup. I will probably give the card away to someone else and not return.Service: Full body wash
