I have been staying here for the past few weeks while in between houses. Everything has been amazing. Literally every staff member I've come across has been friendly and always greets us with a smile and "hello". The relationships with the staff are very personable and the other guests are equally just as good. Of course you might hear neighbors upstairs or kids in the hallway, but this is a family friendly hotel and it is never loud enough to be disruptive. They allow pets and you don't even hear dogs barking. Always nice and quiet at night. I have been in 4 different rooms so far and not a complaint on any of them. I have not seen even a trace of any kind of bug. The hallways are all clean and it smells nice as soon as you walk in the door. The outside is always well kept and clean, we even had a bbq and shared it with other guests and staff. This place is definitely somewhere worth staying for a long or short period of time. The most "at home" I've felt at a hotel. Thinking about the number of guests this place sees day in and day out, I think they are doing above and beyond what's expected. Some of these bad reviews I think are just from people who had bad attitudes to begin with, and that is not the hotel or the staffs fault. 10/10 recommend!
I would never stay at this hotel again. First things first I book a 2 queen room and got two full size bed. I was told there nothing that could do about that. As well as nothing they could do about my bathroom vanity light and outlet not working. After returning from an event I attended I did a more precise inspection. I found bug legs by the toilet. My toilet seat was broken and the bathtub was rusty. There was gunk on the walls and the floors were very dirty. Outside of my room in the hallway there was a water leak coming from a vent in the ceiling and soaking the carpet. The turn to get to the hotel was a suicide turn. If you dare to stay here pay attention to your maps.
Had a reservation. Trash was in the bathroom and kitchen waste cans still. The room was clean,except for the trash? bed average, breakfast area was pick and go from prepackage food items. Breakfast bars and muffins. It is a quiet place, bring your food, there is no eating place.Rooms: 4/5
Truthfully the rooms are sub par but the service is impeccable. The staff is quite wonderful and I have felt very comfortable in my stay. The price is great, location is great and whenever I need fresh linen or any assistance, the team is there to deliver the best service guaranteed! I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a longer stay.
One of the worst hotel's I've been to. This hotel have signs throughout their hotel regarding a 10 point cleaning system but the cleanliness of our room was not up to par. There was hair still in the shower prior to me getting in. Not only that but some of the drawers of the dresser and night stand never would close all the way so they stuck half way out regardless of how many times you kept pushing it in. The room I booked came with a stove, so getting the dishes, toaster, and coffee pot had to be requested and a staff brought it up. However, this is the first hotel I've been to with a coffee machine but no complimentary coffee, cream, or sugar to go with it. Now due to the filthiness of the shower, I made sure to strip the beds of all the bedding on both beds in order to force the cleaning crew to bring in new beddings. Be careful using a GPS to this hotel. There's a sharp right when getting off The Exit too. I won't be back and I won't be booking through Expedia either
This place was truly a Godsend for my family and I since the end of last year up until recently. The staff was always warm and welcoming. Ms. Shantell, Mrs. Rochelle and Mrs. Liz were three of the BEST front desk staff members I'd ever met! They always met me and my family with a smile and knew us all by name. Customer service was NOT lost on these ladies and they made our stay one to remember. Love and miss you, Ladies!!
The room was clean but there were no utensils , the room key was not working and I had to try few times before the door unlock, the towels stink and the coffee creamer with so called breakfast is only vanilla flavor and I do not like vanilla. Facility is poorly maintained and no air conditioning in passages. If I have to stay again, I will think four times before going there.
This could be a great place but the 2 people at the front desk of those who in charge needs to go back to trading And leand what is customer service. They are OK as long as you do not ask them for anything but when you do it seems that they had a problem and an attitude because you ask for something That wasn't done in your room And when you had a problem in the room they act like they did not care and they'll answer OK we'll look into it and never do. I had to change my room and they send me to a room where the bedding was not changed and when I asked for my betting to be changed again they had a attitude and gave me The sheets and blankets to make the bed myself..... Rooms: The rooms were very nice and comfortable and clean as long as you clean it, I am not sure that they did say we were supposed to have it but we never received it housekeeping did never came and swept the floor I swept the floor with the spare towels that's in the room that never came and changed our garbage cans we had to take our garbage out ourselves and never came and fixed or made up the beds nor change the sheets and that too we had to do it ourselves and if you need to clean sheets again we had to go up to the front desk and ask for it and they gave us the sheets forced to make outbets ourselves.... So if you're staying at this total for a few days or just for business get it and get out go ask for nothing I guess everything and you'll be OK.. Nearby activities: There are places that you can go nearby the hotel but you have to have a car that's the only thing Food & drinks: There was no food what vending machines and coffee every morning what's that was something to look forward to, But do not let it run out if you ask for a rifle of your coffee then they make you wait Again the customer service needs a great deal of improvement
The service was top notch. No complaints. However, when I first entered the room, there was stuff all over the floor. The front desk lady did come and sweep it up for me. I then found a screw gun bit on the floor. The king size bed was AWFUL! Hard as a rock, except for by the nightstand...which was concaved. So I kept falling into a hole. The biggest issue was the shower...or, should I say, the mister...lol... I had to stand almost against the wall the shower was on, simply to get wet! It took me a solid 10 minutes to shampoo and condition my hair...and I have short hair... I did let the front desk know and got no response. This is my 2nd time to give Extended Stay a try...and both times, have not had a good experience. I'll be using a different hotel from now on.
