I have stayed at other extended stays and so I was a little nervous to book here. you never know what you are going to get. The reviews and price were the only reason I decided to give it a try. It was a great! We didn't need anything fancy because we were literally only going to be there to sleep. We stayed two nights. Easy and very friendly check in from Randy I think his name was. We had two rooms. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Breakfast was grab and go but we already knew that! So no big deal! Coffee was great! Overall we would stay again!
Room and beds were comfortable and even though we were on the ground level it was quiet except for the occasional dogs talking to each other. What really made the place was Cynthia. I don't think she ever stops working and she was so kind & helpful every step of the way! We were there for a week and would definitely come back. Thank you Cynthia for your hospitality
I’ve stayed at Extended Stay for 6 weeks and it was pleasant experience, the staff were very helpful and very polite, room was always clean and very welcoming. Mr Randy is one of the staff there and he’s always very nice and ready to help. Overall good experience and I would definitely come back again so do not hesitate to book!Rooms: 5/5
Y’all don’t have a budget for new, UNSTAINED sheets and actual comforters?? -10000/10. You’d be better off sleeping in the waiting room at Christian Hospital. They probably have nice bedding and a cleaner environment. This place is hot garbage. I didn’t eat the complimentary breakfast but it was probably moldy bananas and stale Cheerios. I don’t even have the energy to demand a refund for my stay. I would NEVER stay here again.
I booked here as a last resort and I will NEVER stay here again. I had to call the front desk TWICE just to get new bedding and the first chick, Charity?, sounded nonchalant. I had to go downstairs to get the bedding and it was in a bag. Housekeeping couldn’t even come make up the bed. They gave me STAINED sheets. They don’t have normal comforters, but a flimsy brown rough textured blanket. It had a ball of hair on it. The pillowcases were stained. I asked for another set of towels. They gave me two bath towels and 4 hand towels. What am I supposed to do with that? There was a long strand of hair in the freezer. It’s disgusting. There was a crack in the fridge. The walls next to fridge had gunk on them. The tub and sink drains don’t work, so the water took forever to go down. THERE’S NO ICE MACHINE!!! That seems basic in 2023. DO NOT STAY HERE. IT’S A 2 STAR HOTEL — AND THAT’S BEING GENEROUS. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND STAY ELSEWHERE!!!!!!
Clean place, I was help by Randy! Great service, but not the best breakfast, since they only provide grab n go breakfast like coffee hot chocolate and muffins and granola bars. Staff were very welcoming and courteous. Dirty stove grills but has a kitchenette w bar. Peaceful area.
Cynthia and staff have been beyond accommodating thank you it’s truly appreciated!!! They always have fresh coffee and granola bars for my daily runs to get my day started. My room and housekeeping staff are friendly and do a great job keeping my room clean if I have any issues it’s fixed promptly!! Thank you again!!!Rooms: 5/5
This Extended Stay America location is an older property which has had some budget conscious renovations in the last 10-15 years or so. It's located in a quiet area which is good if you're needing some rest. The room was basic with a stove and full size fridge. Clean overall minus a somewhat dirty floor on the shower. Included breakfast consisted of granola bars, muffins, oatmeal and coffee, not the best. The hotel was adequate for the price we paid through a third party booking service. If I'd paid much more the place would have been disappointing. There are some issues which need addressing, notably the handle on the front door of the hotel which was hanging on by one bolt and seemed in danger of breaking off at anytime. Also noticed that some of the door closers on stairway doors aren't working too well & are loose.
Great service especially the evening shift front desk man named Randy. He’s always there to help if you need anything, very nice guy. Rooms are nice and clean. Very comfy beds. And they have a kitchenette!Rooms: 5/5
UPDATED REVIEW: Their towels and washcloths are rough. There was hair in my “clean” wash cloth and a stain in it. There’s rust or blood stains on the hinges of the bathroom door. They don’t have comforters — just a flimsy brown blanket and stained sheets and pillowcases. The Wi-Fi is terrible. The walls are dirty. The fridge is even dirtier. The headboard material is peeling. The phone didn’t work. There was a dead fly on the nightstand. There’s only one nightstand instead of two. They give you 3 pillows for 2 guests. The sink and tub stoppers don’t work — you have to remove them for the water to drain. If you request new bedding, housekeeping doesn’t make the bed for you. It’s unprofessional. There’s no ice machine. It’s overall a very low budget hotel - almost a motel.
