This is a family business with heart and attention to detail. Every team in this factory is professional, competent and managed well. Every email is replied to , every phone call is answered immediately. Since we moved our operations the mistakes on orders have gone down to zero. We rely on ECWH for our inventory management and daily release of multiple products with variable instructions in regards to outgoing shipments. From the initial intake of materials, which was an enormous undertaking, to complete setup and live tutorials on navigating their portal, they walked us through every step of the process and offered as much support as we needed, as well as continued support and communication to make sure everything continues to run smoothly. A dedicated team of professionals.
I switched over to East Coast Warehouse and Fulfillment when I wanted to grow our e-commerce business and our previous warehouse was unable to manage.
