Tiffany is very professional.  She helped us retrieve our refunds from a very expensive European vacation that was canceled due to the pandemic.  I got every penny back except for the travel insurance which is valid for any trip similar in the future.  Tiffany also assisted my family on a large group cruise when original members could not go and others took their place.  Quality is what you can expect from Tiffany.

Tiffany did it again! I just returned from a wonderful "dream come true" cruise from Buenos Aries to Rio de Janeiro, in South America. I was on the luxurious cruise line, Oceania, Sirena. It was an amazing time. And all of this wouldn't be possible without the expertise, professionalism and planning that Tiffany did for my trip. She is very knowledgeable, responsive and "knows her stuff". The last day of my time in Rio, when we left the ship, Tiffany quickly booked a private driver and guide for an 8 hour tour of Rio. I can't recommend Tiffany enough for all your travel needs. She does it all in the most easy and carefree way. Thank you, Tiffany!
