First let me just say I'm only giving 4 stars simply because it's expensive & my old rate shot up & doubled when Extra space took over for Anaheim mini storage without prior notice to the sell. With that being said, the place is kept very clean & the staff is very friendly & accommodating. I haven't had any problems with then whatsoever. I feel my storage is safe & secure for the most part as nothing is 100% safe these days. I pay 160 a month for a tiny space. If you can afford it this place is pretty good. I unfortunately can't afford it anymore & will be shopping around for a cheaper place.

It does what it's supposed to do great. No complaints and great service from Kat, she was really helpful and nice.

Zsumzsanna was very helpfully & willing to show me around being unsure on the size of unit I was looking for. Got everything done in a short time, glad with the service
