Billy and I are so very appreciative that Rich and Chris helped us out. They were so very friendly and personable, going out of their way to work with us and accommodate a situation that has helped us out immensely. Storage units at the size we were seeking were hard to come by, yet Extra Space does quality business and are willing to work with the customer even during a time of high demand. Every concern was addressed in advance and a lock was immediately made available. We are seriously thrilled. I wish this location the best of luck, sending good energy their way with the best of people who are easy to deal with haha. Peace and love - M
I've had a few self-storage units across the states and years and this is by far the cleanest and best kept. For the past 2 years, I had a smaller, climate-controlled unit and any time I visited I was happy to see that the motion lights were always working and there were plenty of carts at hand to use as needed. Rich, who I believe is the manager, didn't have to help me on my move-out day, but he absolutely did and I'm very grateful for that. Can't recommend this place enough!
I am not someone to typically write a review, but I had such a good experience working with Rich that it deserved one! No one likes moving, and I was renting my storage units sight unseen. When I arrived, everything was ready for me - my unit locks, the space was spotless. Rich checked in to make sure everything was okay and answered all of my questions. It was a huge relief for me after a long day of packing and moving. I highly recommend this facility for cleanliness and great customer service. Thanks, Rich!
I haven’t taken stuff out yet but so far from signing up to putting stuff in storage it has been an absolute pleasure. Thank you Rich for being so friendly and helpful! Truly a 5 star experience so far. UPDATE: I’ve taken my belongings out and some items are in better condition than when I put them in. Great storage choice!
Extra Space saved the day and my sanity. After a lease falling through the day of moving in, we had to move our stuff into storage the next day. I booked a unit at 11pm, arrived at 8am the next day to a clean unit with a lock. All done online, a safe and clean facility, and so simple! Upon moving out I popped into the office to let the staff know I was done. They were so polite and were expecting me. I appreciate the seamless experience when everything else around us felt so stressful.
Excellent in every respect. Very good facility, space and cleanliness-wise. Service -- excellent too. In the beginning we were confusing each other about dates etc., but it all got straightened out with the utmost courtesy and good spirits. I can recommend highly.
Rich is a fantastic host who was very welcoming and friendly. He brought us to our unit, gave us some helpful guidance, and answered all of our questions. We felt very at ease storing our belongings at his location thanks to him.
I've been pleasant surprised on more than one occasion with how friendly, helpful, and accessible the folks are at this Extra Space facility. They're easy to contact and have promptly told me everything that I needed to know, and in general they seem to be kind, straight shooters that have given me lots of peace of mind about doing business with them. When I forgot to lock my unit one time they let me know right away so that my stuff would be safe. And the 24hr. private access makes everything so easy! I highly recommend this storage facility, mostly for the excellent staff.
What a pleasant experience! Chris B. was attentive, informative, thorough, and friendly, and the storgage locker rental process went smoothly and was completed quickly. I highly recommend this location for all of your storage needs.
Chris was a tremendous help today. Was informative and showed us the units and gave us some good advice on choosing a size. Facility very clean. Thanks Chris! David on our initial phone call from Main office could not have ben friendlier also!
