Had to move ASAP out of our previous residence. Most of the nearby storage places were closed. Thankfully they were open! I spoke with a rep by the name of nick. He walked me through the process. I spoke to two other agents as well that were very courteous and understanding. The manager Mike was also amazing and helpful! Definitely recommend.
Michael gave me some of the BEST customer service experiences I have had in a long time. He showed me everything i needed to know about the facility and was very pleasant. If I could give him 10 stars I would, thank you Michael!!
Moving is the absolute worst, but renting a unit with Extra Space Storage made it so much easier. Customer service is excellent and it's very conveniently located. I've rented with other companies and nothing compares to Extra Space.
Whereas one would think a storage unit facility might be a rather impersonal experience, the staff, especially Michael, have been so incredibly helpful over the years during very stressful periods of moving and have been very easy to communicate with on many occasions. I honestly could not believe the level of care and service at this extra space storage.
Kennedy and Mike were exceptional and lovely. They helped me with all my storage inquiries and made the renting process a breeze. 10/10 customer service!
